Walmart Supercenter

One lady at the service center was doing it all! Unbelievable! She was so awesome! So patient and professional. Customers kept coming up to her, asking for things, as I stood there while she was taking care of my return. She didn't fuss and kept on trucking! Meanwhile, no one of her coworkers came out feom that little room to help her! Shame on them! One guy even dared to tell her to call housekeeping in the speaker! He could have done it himself! What a fart! Anyway, I just want to say God bless you, Momma! She calls everyone momma or papi. Bless her hard-working self!

I love my Walmart but returning stuff has gotten to be a problem they make their own rules.. Every business has losses you can't change that its retail why take our money then your saying we can trust you to honor your products we are giving u our hard earned money entrusting you to provide a honest and safe product a purchase agreement
Reason theft, not honoring returns to me is stealing from the customers who trusted u ( who's the thief here?) People deserve better from Walmart !
Recent I could not get my cash back from a debit card same as cash. The store refused the refund I purchased with a debit same as cash I need the cash at that moment debit card was not cash I would not be receiving cash back last I knew debit is cash. I'm confused so she put it on a merch credit and activated it with no funds on it a hour of my time and the got another 56.00 from me went to use it a big 00.00 I still have not recovered my debit cash purchase. 5 weeks later.
Asking customers to see debit card on returns with receipts over $25.00 was ask at The Satellight Beach location girl said how do we know if you didn't pick up receipt in parking lot. It's was over counter so everyone heard her, my mind said omg do I look like a person who dose this. What would make a individual I don't know assume I was dishonest why would she say that Infront of customers when I wanted a answer for her asking me that. She said don't take it personal it's our new policy
Items not in system with receipt not refunded, was told this item can't be verified I don't hv proof it's a Walmart item even though what do mean the item number matches the receipt and you can see what I paid and food not returned unless u get same thing and I just don't get closing time making announcements 45 early and told take your purchases and head to register then the support staff giving u evil eye and front end tapping their foot. I don't know about u but I get nervous and forget things and I feel like it's extremely rude to customers, we can hear u on speaker announcing a inflated time and acting like it's okay! What lie to customers that's shows disrespectful behavior toward shoppers do u think we don't look at are watches or cell for the time.
I still love my Walmart, miss the 24 hours and Sam Walton who believed in customer service, fair price return agreement and his employees. Walmart was your neighborhood place to shop it's becoming a hassle to feel good about my shopping the experience is inconvenient and return policy s are unreliable. Customer service is not practice. I'll spend about $2,500. too $3,500 month to give u a ideal of my rating and experiences. I buy food, business needs, home goods, garden, auto, pet needs. I didn't have the heart to rate any lower there are a lot of good and kind people who are employed by Walmart and their why I keep shopping at Walmart..

Lee in electronics is the most amazing employee at this location. He was off the clock and walking out the door with his lunchbox in hand and stopped to help 3 full grown men that were struggling to decipher the pre-paid cell phone section. Lee was patient, informative and kind and spent a half an hour with us when he could have simply walked out the door. Walmart beware. Someone like myself may return to this store and attempt to hire Lee out from under your nose if you do not take care of him like he is the lifeblood of your company. Which he is.

Great low prices and wide selections to choose from. The self check out is very convenient and easy to use after a few times of trying. You can pay with cash, credit cards, coupons, gift cards, and more. There's a staff member always close by to help out if needed, and I've needed help a few times with random computer glitches. The staff was quick to help, very nice, and quickly fixed the issue. There is only 2, maybe 3 registers with a actual cashier, for those who rather not use self check out. I was hesitant at first, but now I'm grateful I tried it out. Ordering ahead always makes things quick and easy too. They've really gone above and beyond to accommodate everyone, especially during the COVID crisis. The store is well kept and they have been strict about following safety protocols. Now that there's a vaccination, I've seen more people without masks. The website is also very easy and convenient to use.

Good location, clean and organized. Great choice of produce and well stocked. Helpful employees, Customer service quick and friendly.
Although I was in a large amount of discomfort from a hip injury, I had no difficulty finding items I was looking for. I will be back again soon!

My go to store, it is in walking distance from my home I shop there all the time , they have a great produce department? Hugh parking lot and great staff. I love it.

Last time, I was in the Merritt Island one.
I noticed it was women's on the floor and in the cashier area. Each time, I was greeted with kindness and a smile. Customer service was excellent

I usually go in for one thing and come out with triple what I intended to get. I also try not to go in hungry. Staff are very helpful to the ever changing location of products that I can't seem to find. Lol. If I had one complaint, it's that their handicap parking spaces are always taken. I've even sat in our vehicle and watched while my husband ran in and noticed young kids coming out and getting in cars from the handicap spots. No tags, etc. Don't know how you stop it but honestly, Walmart you are the worst. Sorry. No change today as my husband ran in for a few things off the list I gave him. Handicap areas haven't changed a bit. I would love to be in charge of them for just one day to prove a point. Haha. Looked super busy and my husband said alot of shelves were empty. Thank goodness we got what what we came for.

Faster now that several self check puts are open.
Only issue..... if your using WIC you have to go into a regular lane. Which there's usually one or two open. Self checkout should allow you to use your WIC card, especially now when stores are closing at 8 and they only lece self checkout open after 730.

I spend a lot of time here... I am happy to get a lot of things all in one place... It gets super busy but here almost daily..

We have traveled up and down the east coast of the US for years .. have visited tons of stores .. This Walmart is the BEST by far !! It’s clean, very well stocked and the staff is wonderful !! Keep up the GREAT work, it shows ! Thank you for being my new hometown store :-)

I had a flat tire and they were closing. Thankfully Melissa at the service counter felt my pain and went out to the garage and asked the guys to stay later to change my tire, to which they did. Everyone always posts the worst well I'd like to say she was a blessing to me and I am very thankful she was here tonight! Great job guys!

They're always stuck in the... Just be careful when you walk around they'll have pallets everywhere... Best time to go

The savor store for everyone, it's not the perfect one but it offers a lot of things in store and online , besides it's the major corporation keeping the most number of employees bringing food to their tables

Always super busy and full but usually has what you are looking for. Management and employees are helpful. Lines are long, my only complaint is that 3 different instances that I've been there, (animal) feces were on the floor of the aisles and it took a while to clean it up l. The smell permeated the aisle.

Did some shopping to pick up items that were missing from paid delivery service; as usual. Walmart needs to keep their stock updated. Often, items i order are out of stock, yet; it doesn't show them as such. I then have to place a 2nd & 3rd order as they're constantly claiming items are out of stock. I find it hard to believe they have zero mushrooms, onions, diapers, yogurt etc. I've gone into the store immediately after my order was delivered n seen the items shelved, they claim are out of stock. It takes, multiple orders to get your initial order filled in it's entirety and now they want to charge an additional $6.99 on top of monthly fee, due to being under the new $35 minimum requirement. Had the shopper taken the time to get EVERYTHING in stock, I wouldn't need to place a 2nd & 3rd order, and pay extra tips! Rediculous!!

Workers are very helpful some will go a extra mile to help you find what you are looking for 💞
