I always get Top Notch service every time I walk in the store!! Best customer service ever!! Store is clean and organized. Good prices as well. I’ve been a customer for over two years.

My experience here was amazing, Noah went above and beyond to help me find the right product for me, he was knowledgeable and very kind. Will definitely be shopping here from now on. Give this guy a raise!

Awesome. Staff are always helpful every time I go in there and never rude even when I ask dumb questions. The bad reviews confuse me as I have met at least 5 individuals working here and never had an issue with any of them. Seems to me the customer is more of the issue than the workers. You guys are doing a great job!

This is the vape store if you want quality products and knowledgeable personnel. I have used them for 5+ years and have never been disappointed.

Fantastic customer service! I had plenty of questions about pod mods and the manager was able to deliver.

I didn't catch his name but I'll be back to see what the rewards program is about and to get more supplies for my new mod.

Also the website is helpful! They have some actual prices on the site as well as some of the variety they offer as far as pod mods anyway. The other shops in town didn't have nearly as easy a website to use and/or lacked what inventory they had or prices.

Overall, nice location, clean store, great service and good prices. I know I could have ordered my mod and saved $10 but I'll pay that much at least for the service and support alone, aside from having a place or a guy so to speak that knows a thing or 2 about what they sell.

Edit: Also the manager needs a raise lol. Keep that guy around and I'll definitely keep shopping here.

Sara is the best!!! Abs and I love her. Knows all products inside and out. Whether you're new to the vape world or a long timer like me, she is hands down the one to ask.

I love this place. The staff are all very accommodating, and super friendly. I like to spend hours in here when I have nothing else to do and the staff remember me and they are super amazing. They also have a really good selection on mods and tanks/rda's. They also have tons of e-juice to choose from. Megan, Scott, Hailey, and Tucker are all very full of personality and great fun to be around. All around a great place.

The employee that helped me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. The prices are fair and they have budget products all the way up to the nicest options!

First of all I need to say, COME HERE FOR BLACK FRIDAY! I will be! My first time coming to this store and definitely won't be the last! The guy working here, sorry I'm bad with names, was amazingly helpful and not dismissive of any customers that came in. If he wasn't sure of something, helped research online and find the products that would be the most helpful to me personally. Other places have just told me they don't know and that's it.
So amazing customer service aside, this store is very clean and well lit, nicely set up, and has a HUGE variety of products at great prices. I came home with great products and way more informed on them than when I went in. Thank you so much!

Came here on a whim to look at mods. “G”and another associate (didn’t get the gals name, sorry!!!) were very knowledgeable of products and patient upon informing me of my options of which I was very back and forth on choosing. I ended up walking out with an Aegis Solo kit and tropical punch E-juice! Overall, clean store, great customer service and the prices are fairly decent. (There are plenty of discounted items on display too!)

Went in and talked with everyone for awhile about mods and coils and even some real talk about deeper things unrelated. It was pretty awesome. I spent a lot of time talking with Colton and he really opened my eyes to some things and showed me some awesome flavors. Great place. Ten outta ten. I left feeling really happy with myself. There's a lot of charisma and cool people here.

Great customer service! The two employees that were in the store were extremely nice. I think his name was G-Dawg and the other lady was great too. And they provide drinks for free for customers! Great store and I would go there every time!!

Great place, good prices.. I've been go here since they opened, great selection of kratom I buy 2 kilos a month great prices. I also buy ejuice weekly 120ml a week. And I love the selection of juices and tanks and mods. They have daily happy hours prices and points you earn. With all that I save a lot of money. I dont know a lot of the new staff, some of the new people could work on being friendly,
Not that that are bad just not like some of the old crew, although they still have one thats isn't so new, think her name is Lori or Laura? She is super friendly and remembers what I like, I go in there so much she knows my phone to add my points, and knows what I want without me having to ask, Makes me feel like a valued customer, like said it's my goto store and she is one of the reasons I'll keep coming back. Think some of the new crew should learn from her, I've even seen her handle a rude customer with grace, when ask to scan a ID, some people don't understand it's her job, and the state rules, heck even me coming in weekly I know to hand them my ID even though she knows me. I guess it's state or store policy. Sometime when I go in to get juice they might be sold out of my regular. And she is quick to suggest others that I might like, I'm pretty picky and she has been great on finding something to replace my regular juice, she seems to know the stock pretty good and know what I normally get and knows good substitutes for my personal taste. Yesterday she turned me on to a new juice I really like because they were out of what I wanted. So if you are looking for a good vape shop check them out and look for the tall skinny blonde. She is super helpful and super nice, like I said I think her name is Lori or Laura. Sorry if my wrong.. she might be the manager I don't know, but the prices and her service are great, keep me coming back. And I wanted to update my review and give her a shout out.. thanks....

My one stop shop for kratom, vape and vape accessories. They also have CBD and Delta-8 too, though not the biggest selection in that department. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful if you have any questions, at least with the employees I've met. Their points system is badass, its fairly easy to rack up points, and they give you good discounts. I like their discounted juices too, they tend to have a fair amount of options, and you can get a nicotine booster if its too weak for you. I got a new mod that came with its own tank, and also got some juice and a nic booster for around $34, something that probably would have costed me well over $100 at another store. Definitely one of the best vape shops in town.

Also just FYI, be sure to test any disposables in the store before leaving (tanks/coils) they give you that warning on the front door and the receipt, and will usually let you know personally too. They do have a 2 week warranty on mods though if its defective, it doesn't include breaking it yourself by dropping it or water damage or what have you. Fair enough in my opinion.

I want to give a huge thanks to Sarah for helping me like most other vape shops they try not to help you if something is wrong with your purchase because they don't want to replace the items but sarah new that it was a malfunction of the product and got me fixed up would definitely come back and recommend thanks so much sarah and being a great manager

If you are trying vaping after smoking, go here first. Had I gone here first, I would have saved over 200$ in attempts to find a fluid that worked for me. When I originally started vaping, I had no idea what I needed or was the equivalent the nicotine levels I was used to with smoking, all bottles looked the same so I chose what seemed good enough at the time. And it was, however after sometime they discontinued the brand I was using and I was back trying to find a suitable fluid in a sea of bottles that look the same. Little did I know, I had originally chosen a fluid with salt nicotine, not really sure what that meant except it was less harsh relative to the amount of nicotine compared to non salt. So when I would buy a 12mg of non salt nicotine, it would be drastically harsher than what I was expecting and used to and for the life of me I couldn't figure out why. It wasn't until I came here that I was met with a knowledgeable enough staff that figured out my issue. They had never even carried the brand that I had initially used but knew enough about vaping to identify it as a salt nicotine. The first bottle I bought there was absolutely perfect. Cannot recommend this place enough for someone who smokes trying to understand what the heck they need in a vape.

Best shop in town!!! This shops staff are all knowledgeable. Very friendly. I started vaping less than a year ago. The staff has helped me with all my vaping needs from starter kits to my mod and RTA's. I drive past all the other stores to exclusively buy my devices and juice at Vapor World!
