AT&T Store

I had the experience of going to this location yesterday to get my phone activated and return my old phone to a UPS shipping store. The women that helped me {Ana} was very helpful and gave above and beyond customer service skills and was very knowledgeable about the services and what offers I had to upgrade my phone plan with resetting my phone. It was one of the best experiences that I have EVER had with AT&T. From the service over the phone getting my new phone, to her exceptional help... I would highly recommend coming back to this location as well. It's a nice layout store and very clean as well. If, you ever need assistance with anything Apple, I would suggest getting Ana to help you out with anything you may need help with! I would also like to take a brief moment to thank the manager Cody, for helping me out as well because he came over to check in with us & making sure that I personally was taking care of and taking our trash from the products I purchased that we needed to get rid of the access I didn't need anymore. You have a wonderful store and your employees are nothing but friendly and very helpful, so keep up the great work and if I ever need any additional help with any products or services, I will be coming to this store. Thank you again for all the service that was provided to me and I hope all your customers see what great work this store is doing for customer service!

Zacherie was the absolute BEST!!! My husband and I went in on a Saturday morning needing a new phone plan, two new phones, headphones, and screen protectors and he was so helpful! We ended up having a snafu which took longer than expected but he was so great and made sure to help! We had a great time chatting with him and will definitely go back to him in the future! Absolutely amazing! Thanks Zach!!

No messing around, of course transferring data takes time but, they were efficient where they could be. Did a great job of keeping things smooth and moving forward. Staff there is amazing at least the woman helping me was. Not a review person and definitely don’t like going into phone service stores but this was a great experience.

My husband and I went in the evening of 2/6. Terry and the other gentleman there were so helpful. Excellent customer service. Excellent. They were patient, knowledgeable, and prompt. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Traded my 11 for an iPhone 15. My experience with Zach and Mark was off the charts. I’m older so they explained everything to me in detail no matter how long it took. They were very professional w a great attitude. I’m in the wine business and deal w customers everyday. I’d love to have these guys on my team.

Stopped by here to change our phone plan and so glad we chose this location. Zach was amazing! Very helpful, thorough and kind. He answered all our questions and was patient with getting everything ready for us. Recommend this location for great service!

Zach, Hira, and Cody were phenomenal. Zach helped me switch carriers with Cody answering questions as well they went way above and beyond with the process and was amazing to me and my daughter (something that is greatly appreciated) although I felt I was asking too many questions Zach and Cody both assured me they wanted to make sure we got the right plan and every detail about each line I was getting these guys deserve a raise!! Hira helped me do an exchange wasn’t anything but exceptional to me with the process and loved conversating with her, she also gave me some tips on makeup buying for my kid which as a dad is always nice! Great store great staff.

Closing time and they let me in and made sure my phone was set up properly!!! No attitude! Great service very nice!!! Thank you so much!!

Martin was stepping in for his manager that was away on vacation, and didn’t miss a beat! If I ever have to visit the store again I look forward to him being there his energy/enthusiasm was unmatched.

Excellent customer service from Hira who helped my family at the ATT store in Southlake ! I could not be happier with the quality of the customer service I received at this location. Their wonderful team really went above and beyond to help me get set up with my new phone. Even though they were busy, they were nothing but kind, patient and professional with me and with all the other customers in the store. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was good to go. These guys are top notch!!!

I came in the other day to get a new phone, and I can say without a doubt the best experience I’ve had at an ATT store. Zach T. explained all my options and while waiting to transfer my stuff we had a great conversation! Will definitely be back

If you’re looking to purchase apple products I recommend at&t Southlake store . Ask for Zach L . he is very patient, knowledgeable and friendly . I’m not tech savvy and he was extremely patient & helpful . 😄

Christina and Bryan helped us with a very complicated problem that an authorized dealer store created - the auth dealer store in Roanoke, TX has very deceptive business practices. Avoid that store and go to this store. Save yourself the hassles. Thank you both for your superior customer service with our complicated issue.

Was very unhappy with AT&T in general, went into this store for assistance, in a VERY bad mood. Was not happy with what I was told, BUT the manager and employee that helped me were very nice and professional even when I was not being terribly nice. Still pretty mad at AT&T, but one thing they’ve done right is hiring the folks in the southlake store!

Steve took care of me with upgrading a phone. Grapevine wasn’t helpful and left me standing at the front for about 10 minutes until I left & came to Southlake. All the staff are Southlake go above & beyond.

Bryan is also one of the most helpful employees & the manager Seth was extremely helpful as well.

I came in for help fixing or possibly getting a new phone. The entire staff was very nice and helpful with informing me with their services. Zach primarily helped me and was perfect. He was extremely helpful in letting me know my options and what route was best for me to take considering my situation. This is the only ATT store I see myself going to in the future and have already recommended it to friends thanks to Zach and other gentleman’s help!

As soon as I walked in, I received a friendly greeting from Ezra, and he offered to help me right away. He was very kind, patient and thorough. I had a few things to take care of and he did it all with ease, kindness, and to completion. Ezra helped me pick out the best plan for adding my Mother to our account and helped me with advice for some accessories that I needed to get. He even gave me a deal for the accessories, with a buy 2 get 1 free promotional deal; that I didn’t even know about. I was so pleased he was the one that helped me and felt so good about my experience with his help.

Visiting the Southlake AT&T office was a great experience all around. I had the pleasure to have Hira as my representative … I ended up switching the whole family over. Hira is top notch professional knowledgeable and great customer advocate. Thanks Hira!

I am a new customer to AT&T I just came over from Verizon after shopping around with different companies I ended up at the Southlake AT&T store I asked a lot of different questions about the products spending a few minutes with two or three of the sales consultants on the multiple visits that I made each experience was very pleasant. I ran into some issues with the new technology.
The retail manager Nate stepped in and help me with all my issues. I give five stars to Nate and the whole team at the South Lakes store!
