You know you'll find something here everytime. Just like my latest run, what a find! Clean store with friendly staff, skip the mall hassle and check them out. Something for everybody, even the furbabies.

This is the neatest cleanest marshals i have ever been to! They are doing a great job! The ahoe selection is nice and you won’t have any issues finding what you need! Definitely recommend!

My favorite Marshalls, smaller than others I’ve been, but don’t judge it by it size, this place is a gem, packed with good stuff, every time I go for a couple of things, I always get out with more than five bags, love it!!

Absolutely AMAZING customer service!!! Lanisha was the most caring ,warmest ,kind manager I’ve come across in ANY industry establishment in an extremely long time! From her welcoming “hello how are you “to her attentiveness of her customers.. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could! 10/10 hands down! To be completely honest I stopped coming to this Southlake location due to past poor experiences and was treated very rudely. I’m BEYOND ecstatic I gave it ( this particular location)another chance ! Lanisha and her team are a TRUE example of genuine customer service!! STRONG Assets as such representing their company are rare these days it seems to come across . I look forward to returning and will HIGHLY recommend … now that was past experience was completely turned around!

I love Marshall's! This location is great for shoes and clothing, in my opinion.

Great new store associates are super friendly. Different feel from a normal Marshalls as its smaller and has most higher-end merchandise but overall a great store to check out.

Nice store, great prices on dog beds. Wonder who made this mess trying to find the best dog bed? You go on for a dog bed and walk out with 20 other items.

Store is clean, very organized and cashiers are friendly.

The Marshall's in Southlake is nice er than many other Marshall's I've visited

I had this crazy towel situation because the towels that I bought here disintegrated. It ended up being a huge mess. The picture here isn’t even that bad, my washer was coated in random towels pieces. When I tried returning two days after purchase, it was apparently impossible with a receipt at the Westchester Dr Marshall’s (go to my other review there for the whole situation).

However, I called this store to explain what occurred and they were very professional. I understand that defects happen, but poor customer service is by choice. This store knows how to talk to people and handle problems

This store was very clean and organized. They also had a good selection of inventory. When I visit Marshalls I always check at their selection of dog supplies they offer very affordable quality pet products at a price that's typically at half off if not more from other retailers. Including high quality 1st ingredient treats from vendors and Made in the USA. I find great value at Marshalls.

My favorite marshall so far. Always clean, friendly and very efficient staff. I buy toys for my bar and for my kid! They always have a wide variety!

I have been to most of the marshalls in the area and had never seen one so put together in the dfw area. This a must stop shop. It had the most widest selection of designers that i had seen. Super clean. Friendly staff that offered me a cart when o came in. There was no kids section that i saw which was a little sad. Loved the shoe setup where it was easy to try on shoes. Amazing selection over all and extremely put together sections.

This store has so many beautiful things. I loved their clothes and decorations, will definetly go back.

Everything was clean and organized. The staff was very nice and attentive. 3 employees greeted me. They have great selections even tho it's one of the smaller stores I've been to.

Store is very neat and clean. No messes here! The staff seem to be strict on cleaning carts and putting items away. Diverse selection of items. I will definitely return.

Mark downs are very good but going fast. They help range in service. You could see it at the register. The people in the floor more helpful and friendly, always asking if you need something. Small store but packed with surprise's.

Great place to shop. Prices and quality are very good.
