For the past couple of years I have gone to Chicos on line to order tall jeans. It always seems I am unable to order a tall in my size. So, January 4, I was in the Southlake Chicos store and decided to ask about this problem. The 2 associates who I so wish I would have remembered their names immediately began to help me by locating my tall jean from other stores to be sent to me. I received them yesterday and they were perfect, meaning in tall lady language, they were long enough. Thank you so much for your friendly professional assistance. I am grateful.

How about a recent review...these ladies are the best I've ever shopped with. My body has been ever changing with weight-loss since 2019, and they are my goto store for proper fashion advice. I get warm welcomes, honest answers, solid opinions, great accessory advice, and a truly customized experience. The store is always well kept, better stocked then most, and warmly welcoming to enter. I'm literally there every style season finding my something new. The outfits I wear from Chico's always get great compliments. I am a 45yr old business executive on a budget for quality great looking and lasting attire for all occasions, and I get most of it from there.

This store is my favorite Chicos in this area. It's a must stop each time I travel to DeSoto. They have lots of merchandise to choose from. The staff is great/friendly.
