After a horrible experience at the Euless Michaels, we came here and got excellent and polite service from Jenni. She was very sweet and helpful and they had everything we needed!

During an installation at a very lovely home in Southlake, one of our guys dropped a customer’s picture frame. It’s shattered and needed to be fixed quickly. I ran over to Michael’s and the staff went above and beyond to get this fixed. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes or less. Big shout out to Shawn and Maddie for helping me out in such a unique situation. This team rocks!

Update!! Lilly was amazing!! She went out of her way to help us so many times. Her attitude was wonderful!!

Just needed a couple of items (a lime green T-shirt and fabric glue) about 10 min. until closing time. Immediately found the items & was able to check out with 4 min to spare.

This is the BEST MICHAELS EVER!! The customer service here is superior!!! I purchased my first silhouette cameo at this location ,the Staff here was so helpful. I decided to purchase a second cutting machine and this time I choose the circuit explore 2. Long story short , after familiarizing myself with the silhouette design software, I could not adjust to the circuit design software. I decided that I needed to return the circuit in exchange for another silhouette. Well unfortunately I misplaced my receipt. But I am a rewards member, and because of this I was able to do the return without the physical receipt . However, the staff had trouble locating my purchase. We tried everything email, phone number, etc. Eventually we were able to locate the purchase but the machine was showing a price that was less than I originally paid, it was about a $20 difference. Chris , the store manger was extremely helpful. After further research Chris took my word and allowed me to do an even exchange for the machine. I understand this is a long post and I rarely do reviews. I’m not just leaving this review because Chris allowed me to do the exchange. But each time I come to this location the staff is so helpful and NICE. They greet you, and always ask if you need assistance. I live in Arlington, TX but I will drive to this location for the service. Thank you to Chris and the staff, I appreciate you so much, and you have my continued business.

They now officially have a "slime" section... for all of you with kids who love making slime!

Called ahead to make sure I could bring my dog as I am trying to socialize him more. Most of the employees loved him and asked to pet him and so did some of the customers. Service was quick and friendly all around.

The most wonderful store with everything you need to be crafty. But make sure you dont have any questions about where something is. It takes FOREVER to find an employee ready to help. But the cashier makes up for it! Shes so sweet and always remembers me.

Got in, got what I needed quickly, and got out. The store was clean and well stocked. Parking lot was very crowded.

Lots of good clearance items and back to school goodies for art.

Bleu was assisting me Sunday in the framing dept. in Southlake store. She was quite helpful and spot on with color and style. In choosing a custom frame it usually takes time, she was efficient and patient. She was the only employee working in that department and under pressure to take care of everyone but remained calm and in control. Michael’s is fortunate to have her as an employee. Thank you Bleu.
