I recently had the pleasure of working with Catherine at ZAGG in Southlake, TX, and I was thoroughly impressed with her exceptional service and knowledge. From the moment I walked into the store, Catherine greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to understand my needs and preferences.

She was extremely knowledgeable about the various products offered by ZAGG, and she took the time to explain the features and benefits of each product in detail. Her expertise and recommendations were invaluable in helping me make an informed decision about which product to purchase.

What truly stood out about Catherine, however, was her outstanding customer service skills. She was patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. She even offered to set up my new product and answer any questions I may have after leaving the store.

Overall, I would highly recommend Catherine and ZAGG in Southlake, TX to anyone looking for top-notch service and expertise. Her exceptional customer service skills and knowledge of the products make her a true asset to the company.

The sales person was knowledgeable and very experienced. The quality that they installed my screen protector was so awesome. I couldn’t even tell it had one on there. It also only took around five minutes. Excellent and I will continue to come here.

Made a quick trip into my local ZAGG store today in Southlake, TX. Received a friendly greeting by both the young man, Andrew M and young lady working there.

They were able to grab both things I needed in less than a minute. Andrew installed my screen protectors and I was on my way in record time.

Definitely recommend this store.

It was so easy- quick clean friendly. The best 7 min stop I have had in maybe ever. Catherine was a pleasure to interact with. Make this stop for any accessory need- mine was a privacy screen which she cleaned my Home Screen and applied perfectly.

I just purchased a new phone and went in to get a screen protector. The guy that worked there was super helpful and answered all my stupid questions even though it was only 10-15 minutes until the store closed. The screen protector itself was a little pricey, but the service was excellent and I was in and out in just a few minutes.

Andrew was so helpful! Very kind! Spoke with me the whole time he replaced my screen and case. This was the first time replacing it and it was very easy. Everything was exactly the cost they said it would be when I purchased the screen protector and case originally. Very please with my service today.

Catherine at the Southlake Zagg store was very outgoing, fun and knows her stuff! She got this replacement screen protector on without a single bubble! I am very particular when it comes to screen protectors, and she did a fantastic job! In short, Catherine was bubbly and my screen protector wasn't! Thanks Catherine! ... Just went back for another phone and warranty repair on the wife's phone.. Catherine was great.. so was her boss! Keep up the good work!

Been to this ZAGG an handful of times. Always super fast in this location. Wish ZAGG had more locations north and west (or that this one had better parking) but whenever I go here they’ve been nice and professional. Park around back and walk if you can’t get one of the 15 store front spots. It’ll take you longer to walk around the building than it will for them to replace a screen protector. Lol

Matthew at the ZAGG Southlake location was very professional and helpful. He expertly explained the screen replacement process. He made the replacement easy and quick.

Had purchased a Zagg screen protector online so I could take advantage of replacing them free. Forgot to register the last one I received but took my phone in to the Southlake store and for $10 they replaced it for me with no hassle. It was super easy. Highly recommend.

Catherine was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient! We were in and out within 10 minutes and treated so well! We will definitely be back for all of our phone accessory needs!

Andrew was welcoming and easily addressed my request. He explained the material, it's benefits and the guarantee. He accomplished this without sounding rushed or “robotic” . Andrew was careful and did an excellent job on applying the protector to my new watch. So appreciate his professionalism.

I love my privacy screen, and when I do drop it for the 100th time, and it finally cracks, there is never a hassle to get it replaced for $10. 100% worth it! I can’t tell you how many people can’t help themselves and break down to ask me why I am looking at a blank screen. The look on their faces is priceless when I share; it’s a privacy screen. I can see it, but you can’t! 😂

The two times I’ve been the employees have been nice. The first time he explained how Zagg works and I thought that pretty cool. I went for another case after one year, now that my other kid is getting a phone. Yes, they are not the cheapest, but I like how the policy works and I think the products are great.
