Even during the busiest times, I have never witnessed this store lacking in any way or appearing disarrayed.

Not only were these suits of excellent quality, but they also came with the pants altogether for under $250. To put things into perspective, we decided to check out Men's Wearhouse, where we found the exact same Calvin Klein suit. However, to our surprise, the jacket and pants were sold separately and the combined cost equated to a staggering $250 more than what we paid at Nordstrom Rack. Great store! Even better location. This place is definitely worth the trip to get high priced clothes and accessories at a fraction of the cost. And it’s right next door to DSW Shoes and Central Market! Tons of free parking too!

This store is amazing in every possible way. Some may see it as the unwanted items of your local Nordstrom, but if you enter this store with hope in your heart and minimal money in your wallet, you’re in for an experience like no other. The kinds of items this store has are incredible, from actually viable and stylish clothes to things that you could wear to a 70’s disco party. There is no telling what magic creates the items in this store, but it truly is an amazing thing.

I was there looking for designer eyewear and found a great MCM purchase.
The shoe selection was very nice as well.
I don't really go for the clothing, but there were so many options.

Nordstrom Rack has excellent customer service! I came in for alterations on a dress and tuxedo that wasn't purchased here but they were more than willing to help me out. Checkout lines may look long but they move you through very quickly. I'll let you know how the alterations go!

Always love going to Nordstrom rack. They had the exact shoes I was looking for! Sometimes it can be hit or miss. I either find a ton of stuff to buy or nothing at all but that's fine. It's always a great experience shopping there.

Went on my birthday to shop - and didn’t realize they closed at 9pm. Our check out woman was so kind and patient and helpful. We the store and got to the register at 9:05 and Karen Oneil- Gibbons, was not only patient kind and helpful, but she reminded us of our loyalty points and she made us feel like 1 million bucks! Good collection! I went here for the first time and was pretty impressed, they have a few of the good brands in men and women segments! I got some toys too for my niece and nephews for thanksgiving!

Lots to choose from just make sure you pay attention to the price tag. everything there can vary between 5 to over $500 for a piece of clothing.

Very neat and clean. The gentleman (Steven) that checked me out was very pleasant. The sales were outstanding 💫. The line to check out was long, but the cashiers worked diligently to process the line quickly and did a great job!!

I never bought anything from Nordstrom so I was not clear on their process when it comes to ordering something online and having it shipped to the store. I received an email that my product was at the store. When I tried to pick it up I was told that it was not ready for pickup. After the process was explained to me I did respond that if my product was at the store and I was there to pick it up then I would like to have it. The lady who assisted me was busy but she did go far and beyond to go through many packages to locate my package. So I appreciated her for caring about customer satisfaction.

I have too much fun coming here. Loading up my arms with clothes then realizing I need a cart then there's no cart then suffering with sore arms and fingers holding 30 pieces of clothes that I literally have to sneak into the house and lie to to the hubby that it's dry cleaning. 😅 YOU LADIES FEEL ME.

Great customer service from the tailoring team. Highly recommend going to them when needing adjustments for clothing. Lai and her team were friendly and were able to complete what I needed while in town for business.
