MACK(?) was so amazing! She took care of us the first time we went. Helped us pick out a bag. We went again to browse and she reminded us of the sale that was coming soon. When we the third time, MACK took really great care of us and our friends that we brought. Thanks MACK hope to see you again~~

Was in the other day looking for hiking boots along with lots of other people. Collin at the Southlake REI was beyond patient and super helpful finding a great boot that fit my needs and also on clearance! His customer service was top notch!

"August" was super helpful with my specific requests for an upcoming trip. I went back a 2nd time and he remembered me and helped me again. The store is clean, organized, well stocked and checkout staff was very kind and helpful...and even adjusted my total with a couple I forgot about! Great quality clothing for my upcoming cold trip!!

REI Southlake is an outstanding store, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment you step into the Southlake location, you are greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always ready to help.

In particular, Erik and Ethan stand out as exceptional members of the REI team. Erik and Ethan are both incredibly knowledgeable about camping gear and the great outdoors. They took the time to understand my specific needs and provided excellent recommendations for products that would suit my style. They even shared their own personal experiences and gave me valuable tips for my upcoming trip.

The store itself is well organized and stocked with high-quality gear from top brands. They have everything you could possibly need for camping, hiking, and other outdoor activities. I appreciate that they offer a wide range of options for all budgets, so everyone can find something that works for them. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for top-quality outdoor gear and a great shopping experience.

Great job by a very friendly staff. They were definitely on top of making sure I had what I was looking for without being obnoxious and hindering the shopping experience. Special thank you to Tom for making sure I didn't leave with the pack I grabbed. He made sure I had a much better one that I wound up liking much better and a full tutorial for how it fits and works. Even talked me into the membership since I know I'll be shopping again in the future.

We have been coming to this location for a few years now. Very clean store, and they have many items in stock every time we visited. What prompted me to write this review is our visit on Aug 23rd. We're shopping for a trip to Iceland and took us awhile to get everything we needed. By the time we were ready for checkout, it was almost closing time. However, we didn't feel rushed at all and the staffs were so nice and the girl at the shoes department was so helpful. The cashier was so kind asking us if we got everything we needed, and if there's anything she could help us get. We truly enjoy shopping at this location. The customer service is always superb!!!

First time in. Had options for a wide variety of outdoor activities. Great customer service. Bailey was very helpful.

My sister, who’s going through chemo and was having a little trouble getting around, came into the store after me rather than waiting in the car in 100 degree heat. I asked the super friendly staff person at the door if he could get her a chair while I tried on a pair of shoes. He was so kind and got her a camp chair from one of the displays and set it up right in the front of the store. He joked with her and told her she could sit there if she said “Wecome to REI” to everyone who walked in the door. Hilarious. And so kind. I cannot recommend this store highly enough.

Great customer service. The number one place to get camping equipment. It’s somewhat pricey but they got everything and it’s good quality.

Store was clean and organized. It was largest REI store that I have been. Friendly service.

The best place for outdoor adventure shopping. Great customer service. Great quality products. Great staff. Great location near almost any other business you may have to do in Southlake-Grapevine-Colleyville neighborhood, making it an easy daily stop if needed. I am particularly impressed with REI's customer service here and in other branches.

Really glad I went to REI. The people there were really friendly and helpful. I was going to trade in some items I hadn’t used because the receipt expired. But Jennifer went above and beyond to help me return the items for double the amount back. While I was waiting for her to process the items I went to look at backpacks and Tom was super helpful and helped me find a backpack. Don’t shop anywhere else but here. Amazing customer service

The staff were very friendly. Estefany was my cashier she was awesome! Told me all about the membership and she deserves a raise tbh! We went to the store in Texas, around Arlington. Receipt says Southlake store. Would def go back again!

Great experience at this REI location. Pam was so helpful and attentive. Even though they didn't have the exact item we needed, she did her best to try to find it within their inventory. She was able to provide us with all the information we needed to place the order online and have it shipped to our home. We really appreciate the help she provided.

I love this store. Great customer service both times I’ve been here. David was AWESOME! He helped me find the perfect pack for my trip this fall. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with me. I enjoyed his presence and it felt like I could ask him any question I had about backpacking.

This REI is the place to be if you want excellent customer service with knowledgeable staff!

As always an amazing experience. I, like many people go to various REI stores a d get to experience the differences that each store offers. This store had awesome staff, and plentt of them. Every department was adequately manned and allowed me to ask any questions I had without waiting for them to be free. Josh was teaching a new employee and even while he was training staff he found the time to ensure I was serviced. The store was organized well and the location of each department flowed to the next. The only downside with this location is that their quantity of garage sale items seemed a little much and some of the items were messy and kinda just put in buckets. All in all this store was awesome and just what I needed while waiting for my flight. Thanks again REI, keep up the awesome work!

Great store. Walked in with a beat up mountain bike and was greeted by a friendly employee named Grant. He walked the bike back, gave it a once over immediately, and let me know what the problems were. Cordial, friendly, knowledgeable and even got me to start a membership. With solid and immediate service like that, absolutely! Went on to grab some extra running gear and had a positive shopping run at REI. Well stocked store + solid staff = return customer.
