Bath & Body Works

I had a great experience at this store and what set it apart from other Bath and Body works is Monica’s awesome customer service! Monica was so kind and told me about the sales that were going on, the mobile app, showed a new scent that I had to have after I smelled it and she also didn’t give me a hard time at all for an exchange I had to make and addressed me and my sister by name. I wish there a Monica at every Bath and Body works.

Dylan was awesome from the moment we walked in! He told us about the sales they had going on and was well informed about the benefits of products we were interested in. 10 out of 10. Loved it.

I love the bath and body works in Southlake. They are kind and well help. I've gone to others and they just care about their phones and don't help. I highly recommend Southlake.

The store and staff were nice. The store is small and selection is limited compared to other B&BW stores.

Such a Wonderful Experience!!! I have shopped in many BBW. BUT NEVER had this AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!! A girlfriend and I meet up here to shop and we were greeted by MONICA!!!! &&&& WE LOVE HER !!! She has the best customer service experience ever!!!! Best Attention to detail to us. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND for us she went around the store looking for the perfect scent for us and brought to us and said oh I think you would like this oh I think you would like this and she hit it on the head every single time. Every scent and every candle she brought to us we loved it!!! Made our shopping experience 10 times more better!!! She then walked over and introduced us to I believe the hiring manager and he was amazing as well great team!!! I definitely will be coming back if y’all haven’t given Monica a raise you’ll need to give her a raise she is AMAZING!!!!!

What incredible customer service! Kendall knew the products, and she even helped me find similar scents to what I liked that were on sale. I was in there when a customer was being awful to the employees over wanting an email receipt, and the employees handled the customer with grace and poise. I will definitely be back.

Excellent service during their crazy candle sale. Tifawn’s card reader didn’t work so she went to bat for me in getting me to another register to check out. She and the manager gave me a discount for my “trouble” so I got a better deal on an already great sale. Will definitely be back, they know how to treat people here!

Nakeja really took care of me tonight; on one of the worst shopping days of the year she was unbelievably kind, caring and accommodating. Leann was also really sweet and helpful for all my purchases. The store was crowded (hello great deals) but there was hardly any wait at all. I'm seriously impressed by the staff at this location and will gladly make the drive from Fort Worth for the amazing customer service from these ladies.

What a great experience at this location! All of the staff was very friendly and even gave me an extra discount because I was confused with my current coupons I had. This location had pretty much every scent of candle you can imagine and there was no line at the checkout! I’ll definitely be back to this Bath & Body Works!

I experienced the most amazing shopping trip to this Southlake location. Two of the sweeties, kindest, most helpful ladies working there helped me find ALL my favorites and more. Thank you so much Gwynita and Dorae! You are the BEST! I loved my shopping experience, we need more people like you in this world that give true meaning to the "care".

Can't seem to stay away from this store!! Love it! Just be careful to read the small signs to get the sales (some items not on sale in my bag so next time I'll be more careful from which part of the store I choose items). But...I'll be back!

Every time I go here, they always seem to have some sort of sale going on. There are a ton of different scents to choose from for candles, lotion, hand sanitizer, etc. I personally recommend the aromatherapy line, particularly the rose and vanilla (love) or eucalyptus and spearmint (stress relief). If you need help, the associates are generally kind and helpful without being too overbearing.

Absolutely love coming to this particular location. Such wonderful people. I had no idea there was a nice sale going on. Very nicely displayed.
