Yovanny is amazing. He was able to help me and answer all my questions. He was extremely patient with me. His customer service was so good I decided to buy the new iPhone 15 pro max. Thank you so much I will definitely be back.

Pedro is amazing and super helpful. We had an issue with our account and he worked with customer care to make sure it was corrected and we were happy. His customer service is outstanding and he makes you feel heard and wants to genuinely wants to help.

Staff was amazing! Came in for an upgrade today, Flori and her manager Yovanny, were amazing!! They were both welcoming, accommodating and extremely kind. 10/10

Customer service associates can be very difficult to find a good one in most large companies but Pedro is very helpful and kind.

Kwame was super helpful adding extra lines to my account, even took the time to help my son get their wifi on his iPad while we waited for everything to be set up.

The team helped fix my phone plan and get an upgrade without issues. I wasn't able to make or receive calls for a few days- a technical error that they resolved quickly on my account.

Staff were very helpful and super nice. I arrived with an issue and they had a solution. It was a breeze.

This is by far one of best staffed T-Mobile store. They were very informative, helpful, and good energy!

Fast, skilled service for anything from a small transaction to a technical issue.

Newly switched from Sprint. Had issue with Internet and MMS. Tech Support was useless, didn't listen to me at all. (Hung up on me twice actually)

Jose at this location listened to me, understood my concern and my diagnosis and knew what the issue was immediately. He was knowledgeable, courteous and solved the issue in 10 minutes.

Me and technology sure do bump heads but every single representative I worked with today at this location went out of their way to help me. Troy the supervisor was amazing and somehow managed to make my previous plan sync with a new plan. Keyo was the brave soul who went farther than any other rep ive ever had. From the very beginning she was upbeat and energetic and also was good at making you comfortable in uncomfortable scenarios. Wilbur was amazing as well and has helped me in the past. Highly reccomend this location and its lovely workers and im so satisfied with T Mobile as a brand.

Went to this location after being frustrated and passed off by the incompetent employees at the Duke street location. Both Derek and Christian were both wonderful. They were very helpful and whatever tmobile is doing to keep this guy's will be greatly appreciated. Wish the Duke street location was just as good.

The best staffed T-Mobile store I had dealt with , they have very good customer service , they are very helpful especially the mobile expert Will Nieves. I am very thankful for their service .
