Great people and great service 👍

This location does not offer gas, the parking lot is small, and the store is kind of crowded. However, their atm always works and the staff is typically friendly. Very much a regular corner store.

In and out in less than two minutes. Very convenient when you're running behind and have places to go, people to see, things to do. Its just very convenient, simple and easy

This store stunk so bad So bad, nothing but the smell of armpits, armpits and some more armpits.

wrong price tag on ice cream. showed 2.99 but it was 4.69. sales rep wouldnt honor price although there was approx 10 pints of the banana cream ice cream sitting in front of the price tag.

Was in store at 530 am 5988 Jefferson ave the girl working was rude. I mean I'm on my way to work to I wouldn't dare be so rude to my customers.We all have to work and the store could use some more cleaning. T hanks for listening.

I rarely shop at 7-eleven but on this particular day I was on my way to work and did not buy my tobacco products the night before. So I made a pit stop at this location, I purchased the 5pk black and mild filter tip for $2.99 as stated on the package itself. The cashier rung up the item and the price to the side rung up as $3.99 making my total after tax 4.23. I asked the cashier why was my total $4.23 and was told the prices went up the previous night. Being that I work at an convenience store part time I went out my way to see if said statement was true. I went to my store which carries the same tobacco product. And the prices was not changed overnight. As reading the reviews I see this store has a problem with altering price tags which is an very big inconvenience especially being that the retail price is on the package and the cashier would not honor the price 7 -eleven has lost me as a customer.

I go here often. They are always very courteous to me. This place has really changed. New employees. Store is dirty most of the time. I've seen roaches walking across the floor. Employees have dirty mouths. Use the F word a lot when talking with friends. Very unprofessional. The doors are sometimes locked with a note will be back in 30 minutes. Yesterday lady at the counter said I had to wait 15 minutes for their shift change. Wasn't waiting on customers. Both times I left and went to the 7 Eleven on Mercury Blvd.

I know it's rough side of town but some manners in common courtesy would go a long way positive note at least you'll have one of those cappuccino machines when it works

The staff was completely unprofessional yesterday afternoon. The black girl employee was screaming all kinds of profanity at a younger customer and and the Indian employee was just standing there I heard the younger girl ask the Indian employee three different times if he could ring her up while she was getting screamed at and called names. Then another customer came in and the black employee started talking to him instead of the younger girl. I caught a little of what it was about, her relationship and honestly 711 is a business leave your personal life at home or don't come to work but don't bring that drama to work my kids heard all of her profane words she was screaming and my daughter asked me what one of the words was. Just complety inappropriate and the most unprofessional I have ever seen a cashier act I believe her name tag said Ulani . Please clean up your place of business I will not be returning here anytime soon because of this accurance.

The white lady whom runs the register has a very smart mouth and she hates for you to enter your phone # in for the rewards. She tries her best to get out/off of the rewards screen so fast that you don't realize you can enter your phone # and hates when you tell her I wanna enter my mobile #. I didn't wanna give a 1 star at all!!! I bet all customer's noticed that about her as well because it's being done towards me each and every time I come in that store. Today was my last time

My sister just went to this store and was told she would be able to buy anything with cash or card and given no explanation as to what the reason she could buy anything . At least if the system is down the say so. DO BETTER 7-11

The store was great every time I went in. Which is a lot since I live across the street. Now the owner has his son their. He ignores customers, I have never seen him without talking on his phone. Twice so far when employees ask for help due to the lines he keeps talking on his phone ignores them and walks away. Bring the employees back and get rid of the son he is not helping business.

This is a 24 hour gas station. Came here looking for something to eat late at night and the door was locked and the employee was waving me off saying it’s closed. 7 eleven needs to take care of there store and make sure they are accessible late at night when we need them. Very unhappy with this situation
