Quick and friendly service, employees consistently advise customers of promotions offered by 711 and opportunities made available by the 7Rewards app, grill and hot food box always stocked with fresh food, one of the cleanest stores in the entire area, what's not to like? Despite occasional issues with shoplifters, the homeless (there is a shelter 2 blocks away), and drunk patrons (bar next door), the staff consistently provide the best service that they can. Great place to shop or just get something quick to eat or drink.

Living in the neighborhood I frequent this 7-11 numerous times. It’s right by the shipyard so depending on the time you go the lines may be out the door or it could be completely empty it varies. Staff come and go like crazy. Cindy referred to in the past reviews as the Hawaiian employee is actually a sweetheart, she is very facetious and I can see how it may be viewed as a rude if a person doesn’t know she’s joking. When I walk in I’m typically always greeted unless it’s a new staff and they don’t know me. Even the boss himself comes out from the security room to greet me at times. The issue with this 7-11 isn’t exactly the 7-11 itself but more so the customers who frequent it at times. They have had theft in the past so they are more strict. No hoodies. It’s a business don’t expect to get anything free they charge for cups, if they sympathized on everyone’s needs they wouldn’t make any money because ppl come in with sob stories often as there are housing shelters in the neighborhood. There are no public bathrooms in this location there is a bar across the street that would cause them problems. The good thing is that their ATM has NO fee. It wasn’t always like that so that’s an improvement. The store is always clean and the items stocked. It’s 7-11 so the prices are always higher for convenience. I would recommend this 7-11

WOW ONE OF THE BEST 711 I HAVE BEEN TO AND THE MANAGER IS AWSOME AS HELL AND THE STAFF IS PREETY COOL AS WELL. I AM GLAD YOU ALL AROUND .

Its an ok place for quick concenience

Everything is overpriced in this 711 for one... 2 I went and tried to buy $10 worth of items this morning and pulled a $100 bill... Instead of asking a manager or checking This lady with Pink Hair told me she couldn't take it... I say why?? She didn't give me a explanation.. I said "You are 711 what you mean you can't take it"? Cindy Lauper says to me "We are 711 but not a bank"... I urge you to not ever patronize this 711!! I know I won't ever spend a dime at this place again.. I already have my coworkers that work in this area to not go there! I have plenty of followers on social media and I will be back to make a video about this ordeal when The Sun comes up!

7 eleven on 72nd Street is very high, Prices are not correct and some cashiers are very rude to customers. He knows that. He raises prices everyday. Stores need to have a surprise check more offen.

This place is very racist. I came here earlier today to grab a quick snack to satisfy my acquisitive need for food. As I approached the store I was asked to remove my hood. I am a man of color, by the way. I calmly complied, yet a white man walked in with a hood on shortly after me and he was greeted with nothing but smiles. They continued to stare at me as I pranced through the store in a search for M&Ms. Would not recommend going to this place.

Walked into the store causal as any other day, as I walked in I was immediately followed to back where I felt like I was being watched, an older lady then walked up and asked me to take my hoodie off. It’s November it’s chilly outside there are no signs saying hoodies could not be worn. I strongly believe I was racially profiled by this women. Do not go here, and her attitude was beyond me.

Night manager refused to sell me any hot food and kept telling me it "wasn't ready" I asked if I could just microwave it or wait he said he can't do that and it takes over 30min for the wings cook. I told him I know that they cook the wings in the convection oven and then put them in the hot bar and that they wouldn't put uncooked wings in there. He got very mad at me and told me to wait outside for the food. I told him I'd call corporate and then he yelled at me to "call Donald Trump!" And that he didn't care what I did.

Don't go at lunch time. Every day they do shift change right at 12:00 and it takes 20 minutes to get in and out. Stores have to do shift change but making it during your busiest time of day is just poor management. Also the store manager is a registered sex offender. Hide yo kids

Workers here are racist, walked in and immediately told to take my hoodie off, but notice there’s no sign that say no hoods. The hoodie didn’t cover my face either, alley really disrespectful and rude. Do not come here!
