Staff was really helpful in guiding me to the item I was searching for. I got an affordable tool for a decent price. The tool, a staple gun, worked perfect for the task I needed it for. Definitely recommend checking this location out if you need tools and household items.

I came here to buy two wheel chocks for my motorcycles. I called the store beforehand to verify the inventory that was reflected online. When I came into the store about an hour later, they had already put both aside for me. I made the purchase, and they brought them out to my car. Typically, I find businesses will verify the inventory, and I still need to scan the isles to find my product, but this location went above and beyond with the initiative.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, pricing was as reasonable as most, better than some.

While attempting to warranty out an impact wrench I bought four months ago, we ran into some issues finding the coverage I purchased. Ms. Shonda was very patient and helpful in trying to get me a proper replacement. After locating my receipt in the system, she replaced the item with efficiency and kindness!

Actually, I went to Ollie's next door. It was just after 3:00 p.m. on Monday. Not many people there. I went to pick up potty pads for my Chi. Price was right. 30 big pads for $5.99. Can't beat that. They have a lot of great deals. I love this place. Checkout was fast and easy. Cashier was very friendly.

I was happily surprised to find a Harbor Freight location in Hampton. The associates were very nice and quick to offer me assistance; and they still have nice little freebies. They are worth looking into if they carry what you need for diy or business.

Visited this new location today to purchase a generator. The sales lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. The store was clean with plenty of close parking.
After my purchase they brought the generator out to my truck and loaded it.
So far I am impressed with the customer service. Not sure yet about the generator.

Excellent store and staff. Really impressed with the staff greeting you when you enter the store. The complete staff is knowledgeable about all the items sold there . The Ailes have walking space plenty of room to shop
No long lines at the registers like the HF in Newport News and not cluttered
