This is one of the Walmarts that are in the majority that I've had a good experience with. I'm usually able to get, in get what I want, and get right on out.

Many self checkout stations not working.

This was the first time i had used the app to order ahead and pick up. It was a wonderful experience, all of my items were as expected and ordered.

Prices are still going up verses Foodlion where I mostly shop

Good store, they usually have everything. I go in the fabric area for many things and I have noticed the decline in help and merchandise in this area. It's usually a wreck. Many crafters depend on Wal-Mart's crafts items. I would like to see that department come back to life.

I love this location. Every time I place an online order with this store, it is delivered on-time, even a few minutes early sometimes. There is never anything missing, and the items are packaged with care. Occasionally, there are items not available at this location that are in stock at the Hampton store. However, because of recent disappointing experiences with the Hampton location, I will not be shopping there anymore. This Newport News location is my favorite!

The store is neat, clean and well organized. The cashier was friendly fast efficient and asked for my presences. And there was a few employees who went above and beyond. When I left my cart with groceries and household items after loading my wheelchair client in the car. The employees who were on break put my cart inside and Walmart greeter watched it for me tell I returned from clients home. Awesome job Walmart team.

I would like to say that this place is always crowded. But while we were in electronics we needed help with two things! AND this young lady by the name of Kendra helped us with finding what we need, not only that she gave us a solution to a problem we were trying to figure out. She was very helpful, and respectful. True Customer Service!

It was totally awesome! The people who there were great. Asking can I help you. Customers were all nice and polite and respectful. The cashier was named Destiny. She was sweet and nice. I ask her if she could please put my 3 loaves of bread in separate bags so they would not get smashed. She said if course I can. She found a discount ticket on one if the items I got and she pulled it off for me. Not many cashier's would do that. Made my grocery shopping a pleasure instead of a big hassle like it normally is. So thank you!

No the registers work on the self-checkouts hardly worked
And they had hardly any lines open no one can help you without looking on their phone which I can do I'm waiting for my paycheck from Walmart I self check-out I find my own items sad!!!!

I generally use their money card services to load cash. You can load your cash on their money cards at the Cashier attendants OR at customer service. Please be considerate of new cashier's in training as some may not know how to use the register system to load cash on money cards. I always pick a cashier that I've used before to make sure the money is loaded correctly but every now and then I will work with cashier's who are new to the load request.

Shanna in the Tech Department was such a wonderful salesperson she went above and beyond that title. Very friendly and informative 10/10!
