I could spend a lot of time I'm there and the layout of the store is easy to navigate. And the staff are kind. Wish we had more stores like this in Anoka shopping area! Maybe next to the Vitamin Shop would be 👏 bring your cloth or reusable bags to help save the environment- every little bit helps 😉

I'm so in love with this place! I had.no clue you could eat so good and it not really cost you that much. Join the co-op on the LIME membership if you have any type of government assistance. I used my SNAP card and they also take SNAP benefits. The food is so much cleaner, True ORGANIC!! Meat with no additional stuff. I'll miss chicken. It looked at so clean and beautiful. It did not have that weird nasty waxy yellow look to it. The pork was beautiful, meaning the pork was only fed vegetation no hormones products.

It was my first time shopping at the Mississippi Market. They honored my membership at Valley Natural Foods. I found several of my favorite items in stock (and on sale!): like Sea Salt Macadamias from Royal Hawaiian Orchards and the grapefruit flavored energy drink by Zevia. Bunches of cut flowers were at the entrance and looked “just cut”. They are a necessary complement to home cooked meals when served to guests in our home.

The staff is welcoming and helpful. They were busy answering “do you have this…?”, and “where can I find…?” questions and yet quickly got to me. The means to afford shopping at this store is that their local produce prices reflect lower or forgoing shipping costs. Additionally, their daily specials help defray the typically higher product costs when something is “organically-grown”.

Eating sustainable foods and supporting local growers is important. Supplier information is often post or the products clearly labeled so I know just who I am buying from. I purchased a generous pack of fresh mint that is labeled “Grown & Packaged by the Unruh Family” and ribeye steak labeled “Thousand Hills Cattle, 100% Grass Fed Beef, Product of MN, USA”.

Finding local grass-feed meats to buy at a reasonable price isn’t always easy.

I like that I can have my sandwich made to order for a quick lunch. There is an ATM machine at the front, as well as tables by the window.
I had no problem find parking at this Selby Dale store. They are prepared to service shoppers who speak other languages (Hmong, Somali, and Spanish).

I recommend The Mississippi Market and its family of co-ops.

Amazing produce, good selection, local produce, and friendly staff. You can get a lot of non-major brand labels here. The quality of the produce, meat, and diary is excellent. They prioritize organic locals products, and provide helpful info cards on vendors.

Fails, a worker in the market, returned my iPad to me when I left it in the market. She traveled a block to make sure I received my belonging. God bless her! She is Amazing! :)

I love this market. I love the fresh juices they make and their lentil soup is delicious!
I also love their little garden area! Great way to enjoy my juice :)

I recently visited Mississippi Market and was blown away by their impressive selection of cheese and fresh produce. The cheese selection was diverse, with a wide range of options to choose from, including soft and hard cheeses, as well as both domestic and imported varieties. I was especially impressed by the freshness of the produce. The fruits and vegetables were all vibrant and looked like they had just been picked from the garden. I also appreciated the variety of organic options available. Overall, I was incredibly impressed by the selection and quality of the cheese and produce at the local co-op, and I will definitely be returning for more in the future.

I truly love this store!! It has everything. I just moved into St Paul from Minneapolis and it's right down the way which makes it not only convenient, but the people were so very friendly and explained to me the ins and outs of what they offer. I'm going back today to sign up for their membership, 10% off that will pay for itself in no time. They have plants, every single mushroom a recipe could ever call for, fresh potted herbs, excellent cuts of meat, amazing fruit, and their Korean veggie bowl swirled around in my head all night. I kicked myself for not grabbing it! The pricing is great, they carry a vast array of products from the more natural brands of health and beauty, as well as take home prepared meals from the deli. Definitely a store I'll be supporting for the foreseeable future!

Local foods, nice selection, great employees. I am happy for the opportunities to get to support community charities. ALSO cashiers have recently started giving my toddler a sticker at checkout and he loves them.

The world could really use more Mississippi Markets! A great place to find natural/holistic products and I believe almost everything there is organic. Really great quality food!!

The parking lot was very shaded and pleasant as I sat in my vehicle while my friend shopped. I checked on a phone message and then did a little research on Harry Styles because he read me to sleep last evening and although the name sounds familiar, I had no idea who he is. As usual, the less you know, the better.
My friend returned to the car and was very happy about stocking up on his favorite breakfast items and I assume, not for breakfast, but he's 88 so he can eat it for breakfast if he wants... he's obviously doing something right...lemon berry cheesecake. I have tasted it in the past and it is very good. It is lovely that you can get a single slice and not required to buy an entire cheesecake. That would a problem for me and I can imagine many other people. Nice for parties though.

I eat a whole food plant-based diet (all vegan with no meat, no dairy and no oil). Mississippi Market is a great store for me. Some of the staff are super nice and I enjoy seeing them (others are pains but hey that is how it is everywhere). The food is very high quality for most part and is a great bargain. Compared to Bylerlys and Lunds, Mississippi Market wins hands down.

Best of all this store has a 10% discount for senior members every Thursday. That helps those on fixed incomes.

I love everything about this little store! They have such a friendly and helpful staff and always have what I need. You pay for quality here and that is what you get. I love the tea selection here and the deli/juice bar staff makes amazing drinks!

This is a solid co-op, the one we frequent most often. I wish the prices were a bit cheaper, especially on things like olive oil and frozen meals. Overall however, this place does a great job. The staff are always friendly and the deli selection is good.

Awesome co-op. Lots of great stuff and very affordable. They offer regular deals for members and there is usually something on sale. They focus on local produce and sustainable methods. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The organization is committed to re-investing into the community which is also pretty cool. They have a big bulk selection, fresh stuff as well as a lot of prepared foods for something on the go.

I like this place they are always friendly and welcoming and great healthy food here and fresh I also enjoy their Deli part is always exciting because it's always something different there to check out or try also they have dishes made freshly that I have never heard of or tried so I have since then opened my taste buds more 😊always great variety of all sorts of items It's Kind of spendy but in a way it is worth it cause of the natural and organic vegan plant base foods are always what I'm looking for especially when I'm about to began my new and approved diet And if your planning on visiting this place here are the hours and location

I enjoyed my shopping at experience at Mississippi Market. The selection was excellent. The prices are reasonable. Some prices were higher than I would have liked, others were lower than what I expected to see. They had excellent specials on fruits and vegetables. I would highly recommend Mississippi Market overall and will shop there again when I have the opportunity.
