Ashley Store

Carisha is the very nice young lady that helped me with the lease purchase of my new dinning room set. She was very helpful and friendly and she really needs a cool new heater to keep her from being cold.
I love Ashley products as I already own the Darcy living room set chocolate and my previous one of 10 years was the Darcy Salsa. Which is why I went with Ashley for the dinning room set. I also want to thank Michelle who we also spoke with for our purchase when we walked in the door.

Ashley is a great place to shop and staff is super awesome. I found Jeff and Amanda at west borough location super helpful. Jeff is amazing and I appreciate his dedication and efforts to provide me the furniture I needed with best discount.

Recently moved and purchased our furniture through Ashley. We dealt with Melissa in the store and she was friendly and very helpful. One of the purchases for our couches needed to be exchanged for a sectional. I dealt with Michelle Canedo; who was very professional, courteous, and made the whole process easy and smooth. Highly recommend Ashley based on my experience with their friendly staff.

I enjoy going to Ashley Home Store in Westborough. The quality of furniture you find there is out of this world. The staff is extremely pleasant and friendly. There was one that stood out her name is Caresha. She is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service.

We came in hoping to furnish our house and were not disappointed! Michelle patiently worked with us to find all the items that suited our home the best. A big thank you to her for the honest feedback and advice.

Travis was great greeted us from the door and helped us select a sofa set. He wasn’t pushy and allowed us the time to decide on our purchase. Caresha helped with the closing transaction she was nice and explained everything before we left. I’d definitely recommend this store.

The customer service was fabulous. The Ashley team went above and beyond to ensure that we got the best deal possible on a sofa and even gave us an extra day to make sure the one we wanted could fit in our house. We really appreciate how the team took care of us.

Great experience at this store recently. Wife and I purchased a new king size mattress. The sales rep Yash, was great throughout the process. We'll definitely visit again when we need new furniture for our home.

I was drawn to Ashley furniture as it is a modern store. I was in there 3 different times and only wanted to work with Alex. He was so gracious ,attentive and genuinely wanted his advise while I was figuring out what was best for me. Just a great guy , low key and very informative. Everyone working there was great but I was just lucky that I got to meet Alex first. I am buying a sofa, dresser and a night table.

Jeff Tang was great was so patient with me i took my time to choose my dining table and to make the decision. Make sure to take there warranty it’s the best .
