Outstanding service! I bought a pair of $$$ work boots at the Fitchburg store, got them home they seemed tighter than before. Unfortunately the store didn't have the next size up and I wasn't going to switch brands, comfort before cost!. I went online and found the Shrewsbury store had them on the shelf. Went and exchanged for the next size up. EASY no hassle exchange!!

The store is never very busy, the staff is super helpful. They have a excellent selection of steel toe work shoes and boots here. Better than Working Gear. They have a nice selection of carhartt and caterpillar, great for the tradesman. I have no affiliation with any of these companies but just enjoy shopping for the brand I'm looking for in one place.

Love the selection and prices! Store is always pretty well organized and clean. Friendly staff too! Would like to see some more big & tall sizes.

Great selection, great sales and clearance. Found real 100% cotton levis, no spandex thank you very much. The staff is wonderful and they are quick to remind you that you have a 20% coupon on file.

Good products at excellent sale prices.
A lot of British and European products, best of you know your metric sizes.

Never a bad place for deals and when your a member you get perks!!! Scored a fleece jacket normally $58.00 if you're a member its $30.00 but I also had a $10.00 coupon so got it for $20.00!!!

I lost some personal items in the store Don the manager and other staff took my info and told me they would contact me if they were found.
A few hours later I got a call from the store and the personal items were turned in.
Thank you to the person who turned them in and to all the store employees who looked for my personal items.i gave them 5 stars but only 3 show:(

We like sports section. Wish it was more balanced though among the four sports and added racks for New England Revs and local colleges. Still usually our first stop for fan gear.

Great Deals just need to work the signs better. If it says extra 25% off it should mean extra not what is on the tag

I was able to purchase a pair of work shoes on sale. They are similar to ones I purchased a few years ago. I paid much more for them.

Such a great variety sports-related clothing and accessories and other apparel with names like Adidas Nike Nautica. Great stuff and great prices
