Wegmans

We've been huge Wegman's fans for ages, and this is the closest location to us. Love this place and all its fresh-made options in the cafe. Their sushi is so fresh and upscale. The variety is good, and they even offer large platters.
The grocery store itself has a vast selection of offerings. The produce department has a vast variety and everything is just so fresh. The meat department has a great variety of local meats and specialty meats.
There is a very well-stocked vitamin and wellness selection.
One thing that stands out is the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees. This is definitely a place that is all about quality and customer satisfaction.

Excellent shopping experience. Large open format with easy access and aisle choices for navigation. The format is good and the selection is quite impressive. This means you may have to search for a section if you don't know or forgot where it is relative to a known point.

Update 08/29/20: I just wanted to say that Wegmans Northboro is doing a great job on the self-service express lanes. They are by far the best express lanes I've ever seen. You can actually scan a large item and put it right in your cart; without calling anyone to fix the register. They also have more express registers than anyone (twelve). They've put people like Gina there to run things. Another great move by them. It's obvious how much she cares about her job at Wegmans and the customers. Thanks for the great job, Wegmans.

I have been going to this store since the grand opening. It's one of the best Wegmans in the state. They have a huge cafeteria, so you can relax and catch your breath before or after you shop. It's very hard to give these guys anything but 5 stars when you compare them to the other grocers in the state: it's no contest. The fruit is always top notch. I usually buy the huge bags of Apples, strawberries and bananas.
There's a huge wine and beer store. A lot of times they'll have samples so you can see what's good. There's a nice coffee shop where you can grab a latte or whatever works for you; they'll most likely have it. It's always very clean too. What more could we want?

Granted it's my favorite place to shop, but I do have a couple of requests. I try and avoid Sunday afternoons or Saturdays because it's usually packed with shoppers. You take your life in your hands trying to navigate the isles. What makes things worse is that they are always moving things around. I wish they would get a plan for where certain grocer items are and stick to it. Imagine hundreds of shoppers trying to navigate the Wegmans 500, and not knowing where to find things. I think if they have a map at the end of each isle it would be very helpful, because in the busy hours it's hard to find a clerk to ask.

The only other request I have is to lower their prices on products like Against the Grain, and to provide more parking. Again, there is always a way to make the shoppers experience easier, but as far as a grocer, these guys are the best. Thanks, Wegman family for coming to Massachusetts.

One of the best shopping places around for groceries, wine, beer, prepared, take away, food, or prepared to eat in food. I do love how great the produces in the selection is amazing. At the end of the year, they offer specialty foods to take home and prepare like beef Wellington. Which is amazing it cooks up so nice.

Amazing store! Love that they have grass fed meat from local farms. The store is always clean, and customer service is amazing. You just need to know your prices. And also be careful on the exit from RT 9. It's very dangerous that it comes up on you quickly because there are trees blocking the exit sign and turn! Again, be careful on the exit to this store/ plaza.

Wegmans will always be my store. I used to hate going to the store. We were transfered to upstate NY. When I walked into that store grocery shopping changed. It isn't a store, it is an experience. The only thing that has changed since Covid, is the down sizing of products I used to buy there. Where I used to buy everything at Wegmans, I have to shop a few other places. Their produce is the best. Never need to worry about freshness or wilted food. They keep their stores clean and do manage to hire friendly people. They are my store. If you go in once, you'll never want to go to any other store.

Laura from Catering greeted us with a smile and was as excited as we were to help us find a last minute cake for my mother in law, since it was a busy week we hadn't gotten around to get a gluten free cake, since she has a gluten allergy. Laura walked with us and shared with my spouse and I some of the delicious options that were premade gluten free. We ended up getting a gluten free tres leches cake.

Jenny from the Deli department was so helpful in helping us choose a large sub that was to our liking, she made sure everything was made according and it was delicious after a long day at work.

Great store. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Very clean restrooms. Fast check out. Excellent seafood department. The produce department has produce from local farms. The Asian section has Angelo Pietro Salad dressings.

This store has always been my favourite! The latest Halloween bakery collection is amazing! We got the pumpkin cheesecake, Swiss roll and a pie and everything was perfect! The cinnamon flavour was just right! Do try !

I have been purchasing flowers at Wegmans for a while and I have always had great customer service! I picked up a big order last week and I must say the flowers were beautiful and fresh! The employees a the floral department were both outstanding! I want to thank them for their wonderful service!

I can find all the things I need for any meal that I feel like making. The best selection of meats, seafood and dairy products around. Nice selection of organics in all departments. Incredible beer and wine department.
If you get hungry you can go over to the buffet and eat so you don't have cook when you get home.

Great grocery store that carries both standard product brands and specialty foods. I’m personally a big fan of their vegetarian offerings, pre-prepared foods, and Bakery.

They are also open late. I regularly go grocery shopping at 11pm, and although there are a bunch of stock carts out there might be 4 or 5 other customers in the entire store. Great for avoiding crowds.

This place is huge and has so much variety. Their generic store brand is also pretty affordable. Their in house cafe, sushi bar, bakery, etc. Are all very good. This is bar far my favorite supermarket in the area, including all of Worcester.

Beautiful store. Everything is neat and clean. The produce is gorgeous. Great selections of everything.

Excellent high end meats and seafood. Great selection of alcohol at discount prices. Top shelf cheeses and prepared foods. Love the sushi quality salmon and tuna. And the service is top shelf too. My favorite supermarket.

This is our go-to grocery store. It has a diverse selection, inclusiding a wide variety of specialty goods, like gluten-free and vegan options. Their bakery section always has a wonderful selection of goodies, and there's always a few seasonal favorites. The Cafe has some great options so we usually grab a bite before shopping, because it's never a good idea to shop hungry in a grocery store. The staff here is always pleasant in my experience, and the store is a clean and nice looking place to shop. While a classy appearance isn't necessary, it does make it a better experience than all the competition within the same price range. Not all the prices are better than competitors like Shaws, Price Chopper, and Market Basket, we find most of the prices to be at least comparable. In many cases the prices here are better, especially when you shop the store brand, which in some cases we've found our family prefers over brand names, which is nice. Many of our typical store brand items have less additives than many of the brand name competitors, which is also nice as they are often healthier or more natural options.

This location is in a fairly busy shopping center, so traffic getting in on weekends is a little more challenging, but there's ample parking and EV charging stations, if that's an important feature to you. People seem very considerate about using the cart returns as well, so we've had less issues with carts in the way than most stores, and their "Helping Hands" that handle the cart returns are really on top of it. The people who shop there have all seemed really considerate in general, which is also a big difference from many of our other local options, so even when it's crowded, it's not so bad.

If you have kids, there are a couple cool things to catch their attention, making it easier when my own kids were small. There's an electric train over the dairy section, and a rooster that pops out of a barn on the wall over the Cafe. It's little details like that which made shopping with young kids a little bit easier, and their grab and go snack selection has some fantastic healthy options if you need something easy for kids on the drive home. My kids love the store brand fruit leathers for that, even as teens.

This has become our favorite grocery store for a reason. The whole shopping experience is really pleasant. The environment is great. The people are friendly. The prices are reasonable (though by the look, you wouldn't expect it as the place is pretty classy for a grocery store). If you have to go grocery shopping anyway, might as well be somewhere with good prices and a great overall vibe.

Nice place and lot of organic food options. They have sea food and food court. Food court have lot of varieties and different options. Fresh vegetables and fruits.

The grocery store is awesome, although a little on the pricey side for some items. The bakery is great, really nice Bagels. The Wegmans 2Go/food-court though is amazing. Really good food with high quality ingredients made fresh to order. The pizza is great, always a nice pizza bubble, and they do an awesome job at keeping ingredients separate if you order half something and half something else. Sushi is also great! The people there are really nice and the place seems to run like clock-work. Really appreciate having this store around it helps compliment the other options in the area, not deter from them.

As a recent transfer from NY to Simsbury CT, visiting a Wegmans ( 1.5 hours away) was a great treat. Wish there was one closer.

The sandwich shop is GREAT! The meatball and chix parm subs are delicious, get them on the everything bread. Can never go wrong with Wegmans quality and top customer service.
