Best experience I’ve ever had at a phone store. Jordan and Jalen were so helpful and friendly. We are so happy with our new phones and the deals we got. Usually when dealing with sales reps at a phone store I feel like I don’t get the real story until I’ve signed some contract. This time was different. They made all the numbers 100% clear up front. Great experience.

This Verizon store is by far the most professional and friendly experience I’ve ever had in my years with Verizon. Jalen and Jordan are amazing humans who helped me figure out all my Verizon challenges!
I appreciate you both and will only come back to this store when I have Verizon questions!

From the moment I walked through the door I knew this was going to be a different kind of Verizon experience.
After having issues at another local store, and needing help I chose this Verizon based off of its reviews
(clearly the last commentor was paid to give a false review or is a bot because these guys are awesome) Jordan and Jalen not only fixed the last stores mistake, but got me a bill credit for my issues along with setting up my new phone that I didn't even buy from them. These guys go above and beyond. This will be my new store from now on.

I had a fabulous experience at my local Verizon store in Highland Heights OH. Jonah was smart and attentive and polite: wow he was able to solve my problem, set up my new iPhone and even put the screen cover on for me. Thank you Jonah and. Verizon. If I could give you 10 stars I would!

Jordan Norton (Store GM) was exemplary, patient, professional, polite and super helpful. He replaced the screen protectors (which I provided) on two I-Phones in mere minutes. The work was very well-done and Jordan was clearly customer-oriented with me and with others in the store who preceeded me. I would return to this store anytime I needed I-phone help...or maybe just to chat! Thank you Jordan!!!

Jalen was amazing….so friendly and knowledgeable! He sold us two iPhones, 13’s, a huge upgrade from what my husband and I had. Jalen looked for the best trade-in value for our old phones. Jalen spent a lot of time with us explaining everything about our new phones. I felt like we were friends by the time we left the store. I know if we have any questions or issues that Jalen will be there to help us.

Stop in to get a USB connector for my car after the Verizon store in Mayfield said they no longer make them and Jalen sold me one and was super nice. Highly recommend stopping in.

The store manager not only helped me make a better choice in my new phone he set the whole device up for me and then patiently waited while I tested the most important apps. He was a super star!!!!

I had a very pleasant experience at this location. Jalen was very personable from the moment I arrived. He handled my concerns in a timely fashion and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond to ensure my phone issue was resolved. I would highly recommend. The store manager was also very pleasant.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I've referred many people there to purchase or upgrade their phones. They've helped me with at least 8 to 10 so far.

Definitely recommend going to this location and seeing Jalen to get set up with your new phone and accessories because he is first class! He will make sure that you get what you need and will take time with customers because he truly cares about what you need at Verizon!!!
