Fun place. Awesome staff. Great service. Huge breakfast sandwiches. Best hashbrowns for a 1$. The muffins and treats are so good. My favorite spot in Chesterland, maybe even Ohio. Just love the value here.

An excellent coffee and customer service experience. I can finally give this coffee shop 5 stars now that I have officially tried all of their drinks. Ranging from a classic mocha to the bizarre Cleavelander(Mocha Mango) they have a mocha drink for everyone. That's right, they have lattes however their real trade is mocha specific with a personalized mocha blend that makes every drink come to life. Anyone can put syrups in coffee and milk. Not everyone can make a mocha that you can come back to consistently.

This coffee shop is amazing. The inside is beautiful. The portions are huge. Especially the muffins. They have a large variety of home baked goods. Hot cocoa was excellent. The breakfast sandwich was delicious. I want to come back and try something for lunch. They also have lots of gluten free stuff, but I'm not into that. The staff was nice and friendly. It felt warm and cozy there. And they have a drive thru.

It's nice, the people there are nice. The brown couch is incredibly comfortable and the atmosphere is chill. The food is Gorden Ramsey good and very cheap just don't go in there with only apple pay.

I feel like the name of this place changes every few years, but it doesn't matter. The coffee is always hot, the danish is great, and the people are friendly. It does get a little loud, but that's OK. All in all, a nice place to stop for a hot drink and a quick bite.

An absolute hidden gem where the coffee is not only unbelievable but the cakes are a delight and the decor of the inside is welcoming, classy and with great taste. The scones, muffins are delicious and truly daily home made from scratch. The most amazing thing is the prices!! The quality and standard and the amazing service is worth the trip!!! Loved it!!

My daughter and I attended a Christmas cookie decorating event today and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. In addition, we ordered a latte, bagels, and a breakfast sandwich. Everything was delicious and I was thankful for such a great value in today’s economy. I hope to attend more events at this establishment and plan to stop in the future for more goodies!

First time visit and I wish I knew about Coffee Works before this visit! I had the pumpkin muffin and the pumpkin coffee. Both were delish! Coffee refills are 25 cents. The pumpkin muffin was baked fresh and was still warm! Yum! So good. They offer a great variety of pastries including some breakfast and lunch items.
The facility was very clean and comfortable and the employees were top-notch friendly and helpful. Worth the stop!!

Very friendly staff, hot breakfast sandwiches that are great and delicious coffee. Lot of menu options for breakfast, lunch and dessert.

Went to the drive- thru after stopping by giant eagle. Order two iced decaf latte. They are great! Service was great, it only took a few minutes for our custom drinks, which I appreciate because a lot of places don't have iced decaf coffee. I can't comment on the atmosphere but it was great at the drive- thru!

I really liked this coffee shop back when it was still Arabica but it changed to Coffee Works and got a new owner maybe like 5 years ago? And she was awful! Very rude and unpleasant and the coffee/food went way down in quality so I avoided coming here which was a shame because I really liked to come here to study or do work. I gave it a try again today (after avoiding this place for a few years) and saw it is under new ownership! The difference is amazing! It's a positive environment again, even the employees look happier! I'm so happy to be able to come here again and have a pleasant place to work and enjoy great coffee and food 😊

Stopped by CoffeeWorks today for a Pumpkin Spice Latte and it was delicious! Way better than Starbucks or Dunkin as it was strong coffee and not so artificial pumpkin flavor. I’ve been a loyal customer for 10+ years and the owner has always been super friendly to me, my family and friends. CoffeeWorks has amazing fresh made breakfast sandwiches, turkey BLT’s, daily fresh muffins & cookies and strong drip coffee. I would highly recommend this local coffee shop in Chesterland!

Had a great experience here today with friends. Very relaxing atmosphere. Had a everything bagel - ham, egg & cheese breakfast sandwich and boy was it yummy!! The kids enjoyed the double chocolate muffins. Will definitely be back soon!

Stopped by Coffee Works while doing some errands, had a delicious iced latte and my friend got an iced mocha. Love supporting a small business!

The new owners are amazing the updates in the store is more inviting for all. The fresh baked goods are delicious. The restaurant is alot cleaner. I highly recommend you go.

Super friendly staff! Stopped here on a whim and was so happy I did. Tried the chocolate chip cookie, chocolate puff and iced buckeye mocha. Very happy with all of it!
