I entered the store in September 2023 needing 2 scrub pants. I am hard to fit and sort of picky, and had to try on 10-12 pairs. The staff lady helping me was calm and helpful. I left with 3 pairs instead! Six months later they are holding up well. I am glad I bought them here instead of through the internet because I was able to try them on and check the quality in advance.

Really love the customer service...1 of the ladies gave my kids candy and drawing paper while I waited for my patch to be sewed on my shirt. And the other lady was very helpful with me trying on clothes and explaining how orders work. Just a lovely visit...

Ladies there were Soooo kind, so helpful and not pressuring us to buy. Will go back for my daughter's scrubs every time.

Anyone who says they have had a bad experience with Shuttlers can go to another uniform supplier. I have had nothing but the best service from Shuttlers and will continue to go there for the rest of my Law Enforcement career. Good job everyone, keep up the good work!

The people at Shuttler's went far above and beyond the call to assist me and make everything right. I am a Firefighter and had a death of a co-worker and funeral to attend. I had to get the entire Class A uniform and have it tailored that day! I arrived at 9am and they have everything in stock and a tailor there. They had everything ready by 1pm that day. I can't say they do this for everyone but this really exceeded all my requests.

I would highly recomend these people and the Highland Heights/Mayfield store.

Sorry, but I just don't see how its a bad thing to require Propper ID that you are *actually* security personal before selling you a tee shirt that reads: SECURITY.
The fact that this person said "I can just go home and make my own with Iron ons" (or the ever classic "I can get it online!") makes me worry what that person is up to trying to get a shirt they admit they are not authorized to wear!
Should shirts saying POLICE or FIRE DEPT be sold to anyone that asks?!? What are you planning to do with it????

The lady that helped me was EVERY BIT OF AMAZING...we need more people like her in this world. I shopped there today with my two boys.

I went in to get some 511 pants, they had what I wanted I was in and out in 5 minutes, the staff seemed nice to me no issues
