I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service I received when returning an Amazon purchase at Kohl's. The process was seamless and efficient, with the staff greeting me promptly and processing my return in no time. I appreciated the convenience of being able to drop off my item without having to package it or print a label. Overall, it was a hassle-free experience that exceeded my expectations

My Mom and I originally went to do an Amazon return and ended up purchasing clothes for my grandchildren. The return experience was super fast and employee was very courteous with a smile. My shopping experience was also quick, caught everything I wanted on sale.
The checkout experience was fun! I ended up with the same person I had on my last visit and he's definitely full of life. He's humorous and although it took a minute, only because of my Kohl's card, he made the wait fun and not stressful!

Had an amazing Cashier named Loretta. She went above and beyond to retrieve my account number so I could use my card for my purchases. My Wallet was stolen. So I only had a paper license. She contacted a member of credit services to approve my card usage so I could make my purchase. Nice to know that great employees can still be found in this day and age. She works at the Highland Heights location.

Great experience enjoyed being there in the store. Also great seeing others being helped. Only thing lines we’re to lines long and slow.

Shopping at Kohls is always a pleasure...they have late hours which is a convenience...they have plenty of sales people asking to help and most of all, all the sales people have a pleasant, friendly and warm attitude.

- Perfect for #Amazon returns. Quick, easy and simple. Show your QR code from the app, they will print a confirmation receipt. That receipt will have some form of savings to entice you to shop same day. They get me everytime lol. 🛍🛒

- Perfect for Kohls Curbside pickup also. Drive up in a designated spot and let them know you have arrived. Employees are always friendly!
