Marc's

There are 2 cashiers that are friendly, if you happen to shop at the Mayfield Heights location on Saturday mornings. One is Marsha W. In check out isle 11. I had a prior review for her in 2023 and now I have another great attitude cashier to add to my list.

Her name is Tenisha W. And she happened to be in check out isle 10 this Saturday morning. I'm not sure if she has a specific check out isle every time, but I've been in her isle before other times.

I have to mention that she, along with Marsha are the only 2 cashiers that work at this location that always says "thank you " to the customers in their isle and actually make EYE CONTACT WITH YOU and smile 😃

The various late teens/ 20 year old employees will sometimes mumble thank you, but look at the cellphone they may have at the register or be talking about how long their shift is to the coworker cashier next to them. Tenisha and Marsha never give that impression and I believe the store manager Heather (her name is constantly be paged for on their system) should give Marsha and Tenisha a raise in pay 💰

Like this store! It's not near my place, but lately i started visit it more often - good quality groceries and very reasonable
price.

Love this grocery store. I've been coming here since i was a child and hopping up on the scale they've had by the door for the past 40 years. Good childhood memories of Stop n Shop, Finast, Heinens a Cleveland Classic! Marc's never changes and I love it. The store is clean and fast service. Thank you Marc's!!

Great choices, improved quality, super prices. Only complaint Re: the few produce go dolls set at an angle which mess up the traffic around them. Unhelpful trend seen at other stores produce departments live the wider aisles.

Pricing is comparable and competitive. Friendly and courteous. Many name brands products at lower prices. They are equal opportunity employers.

This visit was. Very prosperous. I completed my whole grocery list, at Marc's. . And had ice cream afterwards.

They had almost everything i needed and I'm handicapped & needed help unloading my cart & help putting it in the car & they bent over backwards to help me . oh also their prices are so low .
