Very clean inside, employees were extremely pleasant. They have aged steaks from 30 days to I think they said 100 days. Had a great sandwich. Very delicious and very fresh.

I got the steak sandwich which had sliced ribeye, caramelized onion, arugula, tomato & balsamic glaze on a baguette. It also tasted like there was some kind of horseradish sauce on there as well. This sandwich was delectable! The ribeye was very tender and overall it was just fantastic. Highly recommend!!

They will host small, private dining experiences and we arranged one for my mother’s birthday. They put together a four course meal at a per person/price in addition to service costs. The food was absolutely phenomenal, we loved every course (and quite truly it was actually too much food, no one left hungry). Chef Brad worked with us leading up to the event to determine the menu, with his own touches, and was there on site cooking while we ate. Overall, the service and food is high quality and we loved the experience!

My go to sandwich place for sure!!! Every sandwich they have is amazing and they have several options!! But also the meat selection and quality is the best. Recommend 10/10 for sure. Great staff. The general manager brad is super helpful!

The staff here is incredibly kind and knowledgeable and willing to teach you anything you want to know about various meats and dry aged beef! They butcher in house and even make their own sausages. The best part is you can watch them make everything because they have an open kitchen! They also offer fresh made sandwiches to go, homemade pasta and sauces, and tons of imported dry pasta. The oil and vinegar selection is outrageous, and they also offer a selection of olives, mustards, and spreads.

My family got dry age steaks for dinner one week and everyone said they were the best steaks they ever had. This shop is even kind enough to offer flavored beef fat to use when finishing your steaks! I've tried a few sandwiches and they have all been amazing. I can't wait to try more from this location!!

This is the best place. The people that work there are so nice, their sandwiches are the absolute best in all of Cleveland. Their meats are great high quality, their home made sausages and sides are delicious. I just can’t say enough good things about this place. If you like Italian subs, get the PLG. It is my favorite, I get it every time.

Went in to get a sandwich for lunch, super cute place! It’s small but filled with tons of stuff. I got the steak sandwich, looks, smells and tastes absolutely amazing! They also have fresh meat, handmade pasta, their own pasta sauces, and tons of different condiments you can buy. Staff was polite and friendly, overall just a wonderful place, will be going back!

WOW. Will definitely be my new go to place for great selection of high quality meats. Purchased a tomahawk steak today. Guy behind counter was super friendly, pulled an entire rack out of their awesome dry aged cooler and carved up a 2.5 lb steak for me. Can't wait to cook it this weekend.

Also their sandwich shop is phenomenal. Grabbed one for lunch while I was there and one of the best Italian subs I've ever had. Everything super fresh and delicious.

This place is awesome. I get lunch here often and am never disappointed. The PLG is my goto, but I have tried many of the menu items and have never been disappointed. My vegetarian girlfriend even loves this place for their black bean burger and vegetarian options in the case. Never a bad experience.

The best sandwich you will ever have. CQ, The PLG, and The Larry are the top 3 won’t be disappointed with anything. Incredible selection of meats (dry aged meats, locally sourced chicken and pork) and a unique selection of Italian imported foods. Must try if you are in the area!

Sandwichs are amazing. Note to Management/Owner, totally understand you guys are newer but the food good took a while to get, I think some bench seating in place of that large table in the middle would be so much better. Just seemed a little claustrophobic with nowhere to sit.

Absolutely phenomenal local gem! The sandwiches are *mind blowing*. We have been making our way through the menu and they cannot be matched. From the high quality meat to all of the perfectly seasoned, individual components, you must go and you must get at least 2-3 sandwiches...they are huge so you'll have leftovers and you won't be mad. We've had steaks and burgers from there too and never disappointed with flavor or quality. So happy this is right near us!!!

After searching high and low from many shops nobody was willing to get me a loin intact porchetta. The village butcher never hesitated and provided what I wanted thanks guys. I highly recommend a visit.

Great food with excellent flavour! The cannoli were delicious, and they even did a cake for a special event with actual, real buttercream! It was fantastic. You just don’t get that anywhere anymore. They truly do great quality food here!

I had a work party and The Village Butcher did the catering and put together the most delicious, fresh and just absolutely amazing meal! The roast beef and sausages were fresh, perfectly cooked, amazing and HOT. I did not have to heat anything up. The cannoli's are to die for and an absolute must and crowd pleaser....there was nothing left at the end of the night. If you ever need a large cake...ask the village butcher to make it for you, it was the most authentic and delicious Italian Cassata cake I have ever had. You wont be disappointed! Thank you so much The Village Butcher for doing such an amazing job!

We have been fans of Carl’s restaurants forever and just had dry aged bone in strips for dinner. My Wife an I agree that they were maybe the best steaks of all time. We grilled them to a perfect medium rare on a hot grill and the char was great. The beef fat finish added great flavor.

The Quagliata family has been doing excellent things with food in Cleveland for as long as I can recall. This butcher shop fits right into their reputation. Fresh cuts, and the dry age room is a sight to see for all carnivores! The sandwiches are the best subs I have had in a long time.
