We had a great ear piercing experience at The Paper Store! They have a private room for ear piercing which made the experience so comfortable. The manager was so patient with my daughter, allowing her time to pick the perfect pair of earrings and made the entire experience so nice. They let you pick out hair clips to hold your hair back, provide you with a nice goodie bag at the end with cute bracelet, bottle of water and ear cleaning solution. When we were browsing the store after they brought out fresh baked chocolate chip cookies for the customers. This store is amazing and we will definitely be back!

It's the most amazing new gift store in Rochester. All the current trends in gifts and clothing. Baby, Mens, Table top, and Fashion just to name a few departments! Super shopping experience.

Amazing customer service. Shirley the manager truly cared about an ornament I needed to get and made it happen for this lady in San Saba, TX! Now that is customer service we need more of. Thank you Shirley!

Wide variety of merchandise. Alot more merchandise than the store's name of the store implies. Need to check online for daily discounts.

Lots of fun and exciting things for gifts, and fun to just browse about with all the random things. The card section however was rather small, which was what I was actually there for- I took the store name a little too literally! Prices are on the high side, but not completely unreasonable.

Glad to see they have wrapping paper & cards - some " sayings" on mugs etc are a little too risque for my taste,
