I haven't been in a store for years, always shopped online. I was so happy I stopped. Store looked great, beautifully stocked, but the best part was the staff. See Nancy, she was great. So was the associate that checked me out. Mens offerings expanded. Note: watch for sales and coupons. This week is buy 3 get 3 free.

Sarah was awesome and helpful she even pointed out which sales were the best deals and she took the time to learn our names to make our experience more personalized. She even helped us carry our purchases to the door. She needs to train your other stores on true customer experience.

This store suprised us. We stoped in and found what were were looking for and then some. The sales were perfect and we were able to check out in less than 3 mintes, and they had 4 lines going. Great Job !

Went into the store yesterday and I was greeted by a staff member named Nancy. She was very nice and helpful in helping me pick out some new body care. Her suggestions where actually what I was looking for.

Shopping at this location, is a true honor. The employees are genuine, something that is not always seen in the customer service industry. Kate, one of the employees who’s frequently provided personal assistance, is as magical as they get, and is professionally on point.

While it may not always be cost effective, their products are largely beneficial and serve a universal purpose. The authenticity of the customer service definitely will guarantee more customers. Well done Pittsford crew!

I'm not really one to review national chains but this Bath and Body Works deserves it. Staff is incredibly friendly, if you need something in specific they'll help you find it. The store is impeccably clean, and of course it smells great too.

A great experience always. Helpful LGBTQ+ friendly staff gave great recommendations. We ended up getting some fantastic Eucalyptus & Spearmint Stress Relief Luxe Bubble Bath. It fit our needs perfectly.

They had a body wash and body lotion coffee and whiskey smells so good for men.

I shop at the Pittsford Plaza location for one reason..SARAH. Every time I go in she is there and takes EXCELLENT CARE OF ME! 10 STARS TO SARAH!!!

On this day they had the 75% off. We got so many items for everyone in the house. The candles and plug ins are also a big hit.

They normally have everything I need so I dont have to go to another store. The people that work there knows the products well and make wonderful suggestions. She recommended the wine cellar candle and im in love.

Great place to pick up a gift for the significant other.

I will never buy candles or aromatherapy body wash from anywhere else. It always has me smelling fresh and the candles are potent.
