Love reading books to begin with, so I am always looking for newest non-fiction books out….Barnes & Noble has been a reliable place to find both the latest fiction and non-fiction books on the market……

I love this bookstore. This is an hour away and is one of the primary places we visit. They have such a huge assortment of books and everything is well organized. Easy to find!

A great clean and lovely store. It's two stories with great options that seem endless. The board game selection is fantastic as well. The discount section has something you will like sometimes for just a dollar or two.

Really has shifted to a toy-oriented store, and while the book selection is excellent, specialized books (watches, wildlife, raptors) are missing and require a deeper dive. Staff are incredibly helpful with questions and help finding books you just have to ask. Frankly, I think the corporate changes allowing local management more stock control are working our great.

Always impressed every time I visit this store. They have expanded beyond just books. Vinyls, movies, toys. Great location. It's all about getting a mocha and sitting with a book. But bring some headphones if u want some peace and quite. Make sure you check out the used book section , tons of books at awesome prices , bought one yesterday for $7.00 in great shape.

Always a great experience at this bookstore. Always neat, clean and well organized. I came in on a whim to see if I could look through a hardcover copy of the book I wanted before buying it. The staff were very helpful, even though the new release I was looking for was already out of stock. It turned out it was popular enough that all their copies were already on hold. Nonetheless, the staff were great about trying to find me a copy of the book. The selection, atmosphere and setup of the store is great. If you're looking for books and other media, I think you'll have a hard time feeling like a visit here was a waste of time.

Such a great variety and very engaged staff! They were having an event just before Christmas where they had owls from a local sanctuary in to visit, and part of the sales for the day went back to help the sanctuary. It was really cool and definitely a fun experience!

I just love going and exploring all the new books! The space is very condusive to walking around and somehow, I always find a quiet little corner to be alone while I decide what to buy! Staff is always friendly and helpful!

TLDR: I love this Barnes and could spend the entire day here.

This is a very large, two story Barnes with large: used book section, game section, children's book section, toy section, and Starbucks.

Has always been immaculately clean, well lit, and well organized every time I have been in.

Lots of parking, safe area, and nearby stores and restaurants are within walking distance (this Barnes is part of a large strip mall / shopping area).

We went for story time for toddlers. My baby loved it. They gave the kids some shakes at the end of it. There’s also plenty of books to choose from and fun toys.

It’s a beautiful place. I visited very few BNs. This is my favorite. It is such a vast two story building. As all the other BNs this one also have a large collections of genres, and books. They got few tables to study the books there. It’s really a good thing what they are doing, people who really can’t afford some expensive books can grab that book, and read there.
They have a really good cafe downstairs. Overall it’s a nice, and productive place to spend.

An amazing amount of literature and gift selections for the avid reader. A wonderful art display from local artists was a special delight.

I forgot how much I liked just browsing and hanging out until I visited this bookstore. So much more than books too. Clean, well organized and well stocked. Loved the used book section, a nice surprise.

This particular location is one of the most beautiful book stores I've ever been inside. It is spacious and yet filled with so much! Be sure to check out their sale Annex on the first floor for awesome deals too!
The interior decor is very beautiful and elegant. It contains a light modern, art deco-ish motif that is simple and yet eye catching. You'll find yourself observing the magnificent lighting and decor as you take the escalators up to the second floor of the shop. That's right! It's multiple levels and also contains their media section where you can find tons and tons of books on Cd and other formats, as well as DVD, Blu-ray, and Cd music selections. Recently, they added vinyl to their repertoire. They have quite an extensive selection of vinyl for modern and classic musicians and groups. If you can't find it, just ask and the friendly staff will point you in the right direction :) Great selection of children's material as well.

Visiting from out of town. Surprised to find such a large and well-stocked bookstore in this smallish town of Pittsford. With 2 levels, this bookstore was huge!

Great new book selection, upstairs had the music and video section stocked with BluRays, vinyl and other AV related inventory.

Surprisingly, they had a very large used section as well too with books and vinyl records. I did not expect that! There's also a Starbucks cafe inside if you want to get a drink and snack.\

Well worth a one or two hour pit stop!

Absolutely love Barnes & Nobles! This is a flagship type store. Has a Cafe and still some comfy seating for reading ahead before you purchase. Great selection & easy to get to. Surround by another fantastic flagship food mecca. Enjoy the feel of literature in your hands. An experience is to be had!

Always an nice environment whether to browse the newest authors or to simply relax and get some work done. The area is split into a Starbucks Cafe, a Games, Test, Language, and Trave section along with new releases from local authors, a robust children's section, and the help and periodicals along with the service desk. Upstairs has a wide variety and simply put is split into fiction directly In front as you get off the escalator, and non fiction which is in the other side of the top level. Throughout the store there are places to sit and relax while reading. There are also kiosks and help desks on both levels.

I think that covers everything. This is definitely one if the best B&Ns in Rochester Area. I apologize for anything hard to understand I did this quick on a cell phone.

My place to get good books and gifts. My son is a readacholic. I take him there often. He is never ready to come home.

Barnes & Noble have been around for a long time. The store in Pittsford Plaza was recently built but they have closed most of their stores across the country. They have excellent and current selection of all kinds of books. They are probably the only chain bookstore around these days. Amazon is tough competition in the book business.
