First of all we like cricket and have been a customer for years we all ways pay are bill before its due .today l want in to pay are bill the young man was very rude to me l asked him why my bill was 130 when before it was 125 .? My neaphew add 10 dollars of date last month and was told it was just one time so why is my bill now 135 ? Instead of the 125 the youngman told me l have to call the number .we like cricket and the staff you have working there are great bring back the young lady .......

Gloria in the Crystal lake store is the best tech person I have ever worked with at cricket. She was able to resolve my issues in a very short period of time. She is also very kind and patient because I am old and not Hi-Tech on my own. Thank you for having such a wonderful person in one of your stores!

Jairo was suprr helpfull. He went above and beyond to help me as I needed o2 that my battery went dead. He helped my wife complete transfering my contacts and apps. All service people should be this good
