Byers Toyota Parts Store

I had a very bad experience the last 2 times with service. Last time I scheduled service 2 weeks in advance for a part replacement just to be told on the day of the appointment that they never ordered the part and that they didn't have it in stock so they cancelled. They blamed this on internal miscommunication between the person who scheduled the service and the specialist that gave me the initial quote for this service. I called today to reschedule this service for 2/23 but the person who answered was so rude from the beginning of the call. I tried to explain what happened last time but she didn't let me explain and said if the specialist had questions she would call me. I asked for the extension to try to call her later to avoid what happened last time but the person on the call responses that the specialist was busy. Not very professional service, at this time I just have to hope that they have the part ready the day of the appointment. Very frustrating experience.

Update 2/21/24 - You cancelled my appointment for Friday again, this is the 2nd time I tried to schedule this service and this time you said the part has already shipped and was going to arrive early but looks like the part never shipped and it's backordered so is not going to arrive on time. I tried to get this done at Byers because this is where we bought the car 10 years ago and we have always come here but unfortunately after this experience I'm not returning.
