AT&T Store

Switching mobile carriers can be about as enjoyable as a root canal. My family’s experience at this location was not only painless, it was fun!

Lydia and Trey made the process of coming to AT&T from another service provider extremely easy. They even helped to entertain our 4 year old full-of-energy son while we went through the different plans and options. They really went above and beyond.

I think it is worth noting, that I came to this location after first going to a big box store. I purchased all my devices from that big box store and had to come to this location to get everything properly set up. (The big box store did not port any line over correctly). Lydia and Trey spent 2 hours taking care of what needed to be done. Neither of them directly profiting from the sales of the devices or services, or receiving any spiffs. They just took the time to help because it was the right thing to do.

This is a great store that employs some great people.

Sasha helped our family of 4 get our new phones set up. He was very patient and helpful and didn't mind our lack of tech-savvy. Thank you, Shaha!

I went to the AT&T store in Delaware Ohio to turn in my 3 trade in phones after a bad experience with AT&T customer service on the phone. I was greeted by a Lydia who helped me process the returns. She was super friendly, very knowledgeable on the process, and very helpful. She is a gem of an employee and AT&T needs to hold onto her. It put my faith into AT&T and hope for her generation because of her. Whatever you are paying her it is not enough.

Very helpful young lady assisted with my son's broken phone screen. She helped us and got us on the right track with what he needed. With her help my son was able to get his phone fixed the same day using insurance.

We went into the store because online messed up my account. Sasha was more than amazing helping us get my account straightened out and upgraded my daughter’s phone. This isn’t the first time Sasha has helped my family and I and as much as we hate upgrading (the process), he always makes the process painless.

We had a great experience at this store with both Tyler and Alex. Tyler helped us initially to figure out how best to accomplish adding me to my husbands account. We didn’t have everything we needed on our end so we came back later the same day and Alex helped us finish everything. They were both super knowledgeable, friendly, and made the process easy. I also got a sizable discount on my new phone which makes me really happy. This was easily the best cell phone store experience I can remember ever having, highly recommend them!

I went into the store with billing issues from a different store. I was pretty angry, but Lydia was methodical in breaking down the issues, called customer service and resolved my problem. Lydia is the gold standard for customer care. It was a pleasure.

One rep in store and she was amazing. Multi tasking but 100% attentive and knowledgeable. Overall Customer Support at AT&T is not great but store reps like Lydia will keep me with AT&T. Thank you.

Tyler was very helpful even before we came into the store. When we came in he and Holly were great at changing over our data to our new phones and answering all questions. I recommend them both very highly .😇
their installation was Swift and free for our prepaid account. I recommend them without reservation.

Sasha is an incredible worker. Went there with my family to check out some new phones and they were extremely knowledgeable and kind. Ended up walking out with a 14 pro!

I went to the store because I tried to upgrade my phone and plan online and ended up with a ton of questions and confused. The manager and other person working the counter were super helpful, very patient with all my questions, and very willing to make sure I was completely comfortable with everything before upgrading my plan and phone. They helped me get the new phone setup and new screen protector installed. Truthfully was my best ATT experience to date since joining in 2010. My only regret was not getting their names so I could mention them directly.
