Harbor Freight Tools

I was greeted with a smile when I walked in the door and offered assistance. The employee lead me where I needed to go and was again friendly when she checked me out. The store was clean and stocked and the prices were great. Thank you for your awesome customer care it is rare these days!

Was looking at generators and found a knowledgeable employee who was kind enough to explain a few things and give recommendations based on my needs. I also enjoy shopping here, decent tools that won't empty the wallet!

Good place to go if you have or if you're starting out as a mechanic. Cheap tools but will last

Customer service here is really friendly and helpful, and prices are reasonable. I like that they keep record of your purchase history with your phone number for ease of returns and exchanges.

People were great, greeted immediately, checked one twice to see if we needed help. The cash register person Tori was knowledgeable and helpful. She scanned my coupons I forgot to bring from their own stash. Prices are of course great, she made sure to explain the warranty on hand tools. Great experience.

Harbor Freight in Delaware is the cleanest most organized HF store I've ever visited. I called ahead to make sure they had the tools I needed before I made the trip and they went above and beyond to help me over the phone and again once I arrived. The guys running this store really put the effort in. I will definitely be back!

Clean store and very helpful employees

Customer service is excellent, store is very clean and well-stocked. This is now my go-to HF store in central Ohio and worth driving outta the way to visit. Highly recommend.

Usual mix of low-cost, and sometimes questionable quality, tools. If you've been to a Harbor Freight, you know what I mean. This store in particular is very nice compared to many others. The employees are attentive and helpful without being pushy. Everything is clean and well laid out. I have an HF which is closer to me but I still drive to this one instead.

Great place to get that tool that you want use every day but you need. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you ask a question the answer to the best, their ability or will look up the answer for you.

Manager & staff were friendly and helpful, consistent with several visits to this store. I have been to at least seven different H/F stores, and this is clearly the finest one that I have encountered.

Awesome new store off of 23 in Delaware. I was bummed after we moved knowing I would need to drive 30+min to get to one and then they opened this one. Super excited

Place is really clean and put together. Staff is super friendly and help when you need them to.

Opening week was kind of crazy cause they didn't get everything in to stock the shelves but they are past that now and have plenty to offer.

The staff in this location are always helpful, I'm asked several times if I need anything and when I toss a question at them they really do attempt to help solve or find a solution even if that means buying outside of their store!

This store is better stocked and a little nicer than the other HFs in the Columbus area
