American Freight Furniture and Mattress

This is the first time I went to an American Freight store, and I had a wonderful experience. Bill and Matt were amazing, they were so patient, helpful and kind! I purchased several items and am so happy with items and service. I highly recommend American Freight in Delaware, Ohio. The store is clean, well organized and has a wide variety of options. The prices are very fair and the service is impeccable.

Bill goes above and beyond highly recommended 5-star service all day with unbeatable prices. Talk to Bill. He will get you taken care of guaranteed. A BIG thank you to Joe the Manager of this location. We experienced poor customer service at Morse Road. Our friend called this location and Joe was on it. He went into action and apologized for for the Morse road location. He said he would take care of us. We arrived at the Delaware location we were greeted and Joe gave us $20 off. In and out the store less than 10 minutes. If you’re looking for furniture and appliances this is the location to purchase from.

As soon as we came in the store we were greeted and were assisted. We were changing from a firm memory foam to a plush innerspring. We were not fully aware of our options. We were educated and then given the time and space to make a decision. We were not pressured but our sales associate was close enough to answer any questions we had. Their prices are low with great quality. We got a brand new king mattress and box springs for 815.00 after tax. When I went to check out, per usual had forgotten my wallet at home. They kept the store open an hour extra to assure their availability when we returned. And I'm so sorry, I'm terrible with names, I cant remember the gentleman's name but he was so helpful and informative. He went above and beyond to assure our satisfaction. We will definitely make American freight our first choice when we look to purchase more furniture.

Love this store! Just bought a beautiful new dinning set, at a really amazing price. Everything there was of good, solid quality and the staff was especially helpful. Ask for Devyn, she was very friendly and attentive. She made sure we found the set that I saw online, and had shipping set up in a jiffy. Will be a returning customer and will suggest to my friends.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. We bought a couch, but can’t get it for a few weeks. They had no problem holding it for us. They made the process easy and stress less. Noah was great, as well as the rest of the team.

I’ve bought furniture from here twice now. A couch, a coffee table and end table set, and a mattress. I’m very happy with the purchases, the financing has helped out a lot, and I highly recommend this store. The store is always clean, it’s very spacious, and the staff are very knowledgeable with their products. Joe, Jared and Noah are all good at what they do, and haven’t disappointed me in the products they sold me. The warehouse staff are amazing too, can’t forget all the work they do either!
