I find the cashiers very helpful , always in a good mood.
The pharmacy team is also an asset to CVS

Great store the people who work at the pharmacy and the pharmacist are amazing. They have helped me and my family a lot including a potentially serious drug interaction that the ER dr missed. My wife's PC doctor told us we should thank the pharmacist because it could have been incredibly bad.

Got just what I needed

So I am torn the staff’s super helpful and nice just always have a problem meaning I have to go days without my meds because some poor kid is trying to manage the pharmacy answers the phone dealing with walk ins all at the same time need reinforcements and a leader

I am giving this location 2 stars instead of 1, because I do think there are people here that actually want to help, but somehow virtually every interaction I have with this location sucks. I moved here and have switched all meds, and for a little while they were still popping up in my old town. Also, I have been in Tewksbury since April-recently I had to go to another CVS and they said I was still in the system under my old town?!?!? When I went to that other location, I was told I had to wait an hour because they got no warning I was coming to this location. I could write all day on this topic. I know these are tough times with finding help, but clearly someone isn't doing something right because several of the problems are after talking with people at the store and them saying "everything is all set". Don't lie to people. I promise to update this review if they perform better but right now 2/5 is kind.
