Wow, I was super impressed with Richard's customer service and creativity! He helped me with an urgent issue that needed to be taken care of and suggested ways to take care of them that I didn't even think about that didn't require me to even come into the store. Absolutely incredible to work with you Richard!

Update 10/30/2024: Wanted to give a huge shoutout to Carlos who was so helpful and friendly with my complex and time consuming situation. He went above and beyond to take care of me and I am so grateful. Thank you so much Carlos for all your help. Such a life saver for me!

Always have friendly interactions with the staff - they are very helpful. Had to stop in and pick up a bunch of boxes and packing supplies and the manager and associates were very patient kind and went above and beyond to help me out (all while handling a rush). Great team!!

Employees were very friendly and knowledgeable on their services. Even though I was unable to return my package due to the cost exceeding the purchase of the product, they were still able to drop it off at my house at no cost to me.

I went into the Torrington store to ship a package to my grandson In North Carolina. Harmony was excellent to work with. We had to change the address a couple times because of our own fault and she was very patient and helped us make sure we get our Christmas present shipped out. Thanks again, Harmony.

I visit many UPS Stores for my business and this branch is far superior to the rest. The staff greet everyone with a smile and are always willing to help and go out of their way.

I had many Amazon returns that I needed to make and you can do those through a UPS store. I felt bad walking in and doing this as I knew I wasn't making any purchases that they would be making money off of and felt awkward. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful though. They even gave me a number to call Amazon Customer Service as I needed help updating a return. I can't recommend them enough!

I've been back several times and it appears that either the owner took my advice and is letting his staff do their job.
Which they are amazing at.
Or he sold and moved on.
Either way this place has turned the corner and is becoming what a UPS store should be and how a bussiness is supposed to operate.

Returns to Amazon are a breeze. Unless this place catches on and gets super busy The staff will have you out the door in 2 minutes flat and you'll be a happy customer.

I've been there two times in the past month and their team has gone above and beyond to help me.

I arrived with several heavy boxes to ship to my daughter’s college dorm. The team proactively brought out a cart to help me unload the boxes from my car, and were extremely nice and accommodating in helping me send the shipment with my UPS account number. I will definitely be using this location in the future when I have shipping needs!

Harmony is the best. Super sweet, super helpful, everything always goes so smooth. I have nothing but good experiences here.

Jonas is wonderful!!!! I had 2 returns and had issues pulling up the return info on my phone. He was patient, extremely helpful and kind and helped me with my issues. I can't say enough good things about him.

Love this place! My husband and I call it “the one stop shop”. We’ve dropped off several packages, cashed our paychecks, gotten documents notarized and had passport photos taken and there’s many other services they offer as well! I’ve had nothing but GREAT experiences with this store. The store is clean and covid safe, the staff is always friendly and helpful and the owner goes out of his way to make sure you have what you need with a smile on his face. Highly recommend!

Owner is a really nice guy. helped me return a package that wasn't even paid to be shipped at his store. Seller mix up from Amazon. The staff is also always polite and helpful whenever I'm shipping something. Also it's not legal to notarize something if the person isn't present so giving a 1 star review for that is rude and uncalled for.
