I remember the names except of two out of all the guys and how courteous they are.

I am new to gaming. I thought I'd get treated like a dummy with the questions I was asking, but everyone is so nice there. When it comes to service I rate Gamestop on Randall Rd. a 10/10 on communication, physically walking with me and giving me a tour what products I should consider, explaining warranty as well and also recommendations.

I wish I knew the names, but with my cognitive issues; recognize everyone especially the guy with the God of War facepaint face paint and Kevin.

I'm slowly happy to have moved to this area.

This GameStop is easily the best one in McHenry county. Staff are nice, used game prices are good, and their protective warranty for games / consoles is just an all around solid bonus for customers. I’m 26 now and have been coming to this location since I was 15 and will continue to do so for many many more years because I always have a positive experience when I come here!

Had a great experience, wasn’t sure what game I’d like to get and the manager there went through what games I’ve played and what type of games I like and made suggestions based on that and I left with shadow of Mordor and shadow of war. Very delighted as a customer and will be shopping here and online first for everything I need. 🚀

It is the same as it always has been except they are only taking newer style games because of covid. Some decent prices on some clearance stuff. The person working there said once it calms down and covid starts to go away then they will be able to take a more bigger selection of games on trade.

They all love me there and im making best friends with them every day i go. When im not around they miss me. Im such a loyal costumer. They answer my questions and i can always have the best conversations with them! Keep up the amazing job Gamestop, you guys always help me with my gaming needs.

Rich is the man to talk to abt anything. Went out of his way to find me another collectors edition of a game that I had came to pick up.thst turned out to be damaged and called them.and explained and everything good.

Good service. I wish they'd give a guy a minute before the ambush of welcoming and friendliness ... but they take care of you.

The guy Richard is really helpful and kind in my difficult situation 10/10 would recommend thanks for the help for the lack of stock in controller he went and ordered one online for me

Went in to get a headset. Workers there were very helpful, they know what all the equipment and games are like so it's like talking to a friend.

Workers are lovely people. Greet you at the door, help you for as long as you need, and relate to you as you browse your games
