The place is fabulous. We drive over there instead of going to Rockford store. Need to have signs on couple of the items on display.

I scored a great deal thanks to their clearance sale on summer florals. The cashier was very friendly. I also enjoyed the music playing here. It's just one of those small things that can make or break an experience.

Very nice clean. Never been here before so I was amazed by all the amazing goodies for crafting. Sad they didn't have a huge selection of diamond paintings but cross stitching they do. All In all great store.

Great selection of many different kinds of yarn. I can't help dreaming about all the projects I could make with the wide variety available there! I will definitely be back to stock up for my next project. If you're not into yarn, they have a huge selection for many other crafts as well. Happy creating!

Great service at the framing counter! Gayle worked really hard to ensure that we got what we wanted and Brittany was realy helpful too. We had great fun when the manager, Shane, joined us and we had no problem spending nearly $1000 to get our pictures how we wanted them. We can't wait to go in again to collect them. Superb customer service!

Daughter needed some crafts for highschool project. Saturday morning was fairly busy. Store has handicapped access and handicapped parking nearby. Well lit, clean and organized. Staff is friendly and helpful.

They have a lot of really awesome stuff for great prices, and the entire staff seems very nice and willing to help you out even if your question isn't in their area. For example: the lady who worked in the framing shop ran all over the store with me helping me find art maquettes, journals, embroidery floss, and tried to find 18ct Aida cloth in the 2 colors I needed in the back. She was amazing.

I also got several compliments on my TARDIS scarf and Gossamer hat, as well as 3 people asking me where I got the Twisted Stitches cross stitch book I was buying supplies for. So highly geek friendly.

Now that my mobility is restricted it's a nightmare of pain to walk through a store, but I still like wandering. The smaller of the 2 store provided wheelchairs looked rickety but was rather comfortable. My fiancee was able to push me through the store with no issues and no shopping cart cosplay. Pretty much every employee asked us if we needed help when they saw us and didn't hover after we said no thanks. The physical shelves are running a bit bare, I noticed several things had remained un-restocked since I was there last month.

Overall, still my favorite corporate store.

I made tonight with Michael's awesome selection. The staff was very friendly.

Staff was very helpful finding items for me and the register clerk was very personable. All CDC guidelines were being enforced and followed. Overall, it was a pleasurable experience.

Ok, if you're looking to get some artwork, prints, or even memories framed this is my hubby's and my go to spot!!! We are very particular about how our art is handled and the finished product turns out!!! The Framing Department Manager is a very smart and personable! This is not like experiences that I've had in the past with expensive framing shops!!! Also, there is another employee in the frame shop who helped us out a lot when we were picking out mats and frames she also had a great personality!! We will make the 1 hour drive everytime we need to frame anything at all!!! I really hope that the Store Management, District Manager, or Regional Manager see this post!!!! It means a lot to travel SO far to get the trusted service, and by people who respect the pieces of art you bring in!!! Thank you so much Gayle and Brittany for treating us so well!!! We will be back soon!

So much variety for all different mediums of art or anything you can think of. I get tons of my supplies here for painting, resin work and many other crafting mediums! Great location a well.

Love the store and I go there once a month. I buy my scrapbooking tape there and they have good sales. I'm also a member so I get special coupons in the mail.

This store ALWAYS has what I'm looking for. I drive 40 mins just to come to this store because they are so well stocked compared to my local store.

An excellent source for craft supplies and frames, but I don't but my paints and brushes there. But for what it's good for, prices are reasonable and coupons are frequent.

Everytime I go the Michael's, I can never walk out of the store empty handed. The items are adorable and useful, and I really like how the organization of the store is so reasonable. Love it
