White Castle

Special Valentine's White Castle Event was awesome!!We made our reservations through Open Table and it was a fun night at the Love Castle ! Tableside service and pretty decor! The ladies there greeting and hosting were so fun and the staff in back were busy preparing the food. I would go next year !

I'm rating this location 5/5 even though wait times can be lengthy. However, we looooove the breakfast sliders and to compensate the wait time, I just order ahead on the app before I get ready to leave the house and our order is usually ready or almost ready by the time I get there (we live about 5-7 mins away.) I think the eggs are made to order, which explains the wait time, but everything is HOT and FRESH, so LOTS of kudos to the staff for their great hustle!

The nicest white castle I've been in by far. The staff was ok. The inside was spotless and very open. They didn't know about the Santa day for some reason but not a big deal. Would stop by again sometime.

Went through the drive thru. I didn't have to wait that long. The food was hot & fresh. The staff was very nice & friendly.

Very slow service. No regular coke in dispenser. No paper towls in restroom. Restroon dirty nasty.

Was passing through Lake in the Hills one day and I started getting a craving for some sliders. They hit the spot just right.

Had a taste for some sliders and stopped in with friends. Staff was efficient and friendly. Did notice the soda machine was out of many of the flavors displayed so just got water

Visited a few days ago, and the manager Amanda was absolutely amazing. She has such an amazing personality and she is definitely the reason I will come back regularly! This location has landed the jackpot by hiring this amazing person. My sliders were awesome! THIS MANAGER DESERVES $22 PER HOUR AT LEAST IF SHE IS NOT ALREADY BEING COMPENSATED FOR HER AMAZING WORK! Very rare to find genuine workers these days

Rated a 2 because there was only three cars at drive thru. Took over 15 min. Thats wY yo long when people are in a hurry

Every white castle is a treasure. Best burgers out of all fast food.

Here's a thought. Rockford is expanding on west Riverside Blvd . Myself I think that if white castle got into the building market and placed a store there it would work. Right now there is an Arby's. and no other fast food store with in a mile. Plus could market the area. There's a Walmart and a couple small strip mall's. All you do is need to come look for your self. That's west riverside and central avenue.

Shout out to Gary and Preston for making this the number one fast food joint in the Algonquin metropolitan area. You guys are doing the lord's work. Mmmm... now I'm getting real hungry for some chicken rings.

This is the closest to where we live. Been here few times and never an issue. Always consistently cooked the same. 20 cheese sliders. Great left overs for bfast. Microve 4 of them for 45 seconds and is as good as when u first got it.

This White Castle is the finest of them all. We received the best service on a saturday 7/30 at 1:00am. My boyfriend and i love the man at the drive thru. no line, no trouble whatsoever. our sliders were perfection and so was the service. i cannot remember when we didn’t wait for at least 10 minutes while waiting in like for no doubt the best sliders at nighttime. we waited no more than 5 today, this was one of them we will both remember. the man who helped us was wearing a white castle beanie, but it was in fact a crown. this man is the absolute king of this Castle.

Great location with plenty of parking. Always friendly staff & fast service!! Currently no dine in or going inside. Drive-thru only option

We had gone bowling earlier that night and wanted something for dinner! I have never had a white castle cheeseburger that I didn't enjoy! This was no exception! Those little cheeseburgers hit the spot!

First time there visiting from Canada. Got the Crave Case (100 sliders) and got the best reaction from the staff. Good sports about such an insane order. Definitely going back.

The lady who was working drive thru on January 1st around 1pm, was delightful. So friendly and having fun. Fast and accurate. So rare to see these days in fast food.
