Arby's

Haven't had Arby's in while. Stopped in not to long ago and I was immediately surprised on how great this team of staff was. I was greated with smiles and hellos. While I was eating I could hear in the background the employees laughing and talking like they actually liked working there. Must explain why the food was good as well. Hot fresh fries and rubin was made perfect. The manager even stopped by my table and asked how everything was.
Not many places have this type of atmosphere anymore and that's sad. So I was happy with my experience at this location in Lake in the hills.

I'm going to try not to sound too. Typical but their food is up to quality like most Arby's. And of course that means I enjoy their roast beef sandwiches as well as their other sandwiches I've had before with and without bacon, fish sandwiches, and of course the curly fries. Don't forget the shake.

Apple turnover a little dry ,should have a little bit of moisture so the top of the turnover doesn't exhibit britleflacks and icing falling off . It's still good,
just dry and messy.

We haven’t eaten in an Arby’s in years. We were pleasantly surprised by the food offered and portions. Definitely changed our minds about eating here again.

been there a few times, the counter crew is very good. The female manager is nuts we could here her yelling all over the store,last visit she was hollerin at a teenager at the counter.Duno what he snag is but she is hurting the biz. food good, super clean store, just need to coach the mgr how to act. wonder how the turnover is?

I love Arby's to death. hahahaha
I always get the hot ham and cheddar. It's not on the menu.
Curly fries are always good and the mozz sticks.

Drove through for dinner. The order was right and so hot & yummy.

Went thrift the drive thru. Friendly CS. Had a fairly large order, was food to pull around. We did, waited a few minutes then our order was brought out to us. It was nice and fresh and hot!

Idk what this is they sold me but it looks like a bootleg version of the chicken cheddar ranch sandwich I ordered and waited like 8 min for it just to not even be right lol I’m sureeeeee chicken tenders are missing if I wanted a mcchicken I would have went to McDonald’s lol I called back but they seemed more upset that I came back or called to get it fixed oppose to me being upset cause I really wasn’t and even though I said I was on the way back I still waited like 8 minutes again so it could be remade BUT They fixed the issue cashier was nice

I had actually never eaten at Arby's before so I figured I'd give it a try and see what the hype was about. Honestly I was pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious and hot! Everyone is so friendly which is huge plus in my opinion. Haven't had any issues so far so all is good! Definitely recommend going if your in the area. The only downside would have to be those weird bumps in the drive threw before you get to the sign and then when your paying at the window. I always feel like I'm either going to damage my car or the building lol but overall it's a solid place for a good food and friendly service!

We wanted to try the gyros and fish pieces. They ran out of pita Bread so used a roll up for gyros which was very good and less Bread. The fish was excellent. Light breading, not greasy and tasted great. We plan to go there today.

The manager was fantastic! She went above and beyond for our order. Everything is great on the menu especially the chicken fingers for the kids. Hands down the best experience from a drive through in a long time. I give the manager A+++++ on my list.

Chicken pecan salad for my wife was awesome and the double Arby sandwich with a double dose of Horsey Sauce with those Curley Fries for me along with huge 'medium' Cokes... Well I had to slow down just to enjoy the throw-back meal just a little bit longer.

Arbys is always great! Corporate just need to get their act together and bring back the potato cake!!

The dining room is closed right now (11/24/2020) and service is only through drive through. The attendant was able to take multiple orders for us. Service was really good. I can honestly say that they set the standard in my mind. Quick, attentive, helpful, and correct orders given. Thanks!

We ate here for dinner tonight. It was very clean and the staff was super friendly and nice. Food was fresh and hot. Highly recommend!

The fish was yummy. Arby's needs to bring back the Potato cakes & get rid of the crinkle fries.. 😉

Love the food but this location no longer serves potato cakes. Very sad.....

Tonight, 1/28 The fella working at the front counter was fantastic! I ordered quite a bit of food. We dont get to go to arbys often! Nothing in elgin now. He was friendly and funny. Best service at a fast food ever. Give that guy a raise!
