Meijer

I was shopping on Saturday night when I was browsing in the Home Department. I met the nicest associate who worked there. Her name was Kassie and she was so nice and helpful! I was looking for two drying mats for the kitchen counter for my daughter and she found them both for me. I never would have found them if it weren’t for her! She was very professional and friendly!! Thank You Kassie!!!! 😊

I love this store! It's always clean, the produce is inviting and it's easy to find what I'm looking for. I think their frozen foods section could use some better organization.

I'm always in and out with self checkout. Familiar faces around checkout, which is nice. It gives me the impression Meijer must treat its employees well enough to stick around for years.

I've also done pickup orders, and it's great! Super easy!

I have been going to this place forever and never occurred to me that I should appreciate the great service and supplies it offers. The associates are exceptional and are always willing to help and courteous which is what makes me make so many trips to it:) Keep up the great work!

Great place, great merchandise. And friendly staff, Lilian went above and beyond for my best friend's and I, she showed us fantastic options for my best friend's 1 year old baby. She was awesome! This location's bathroom was really clean too!

I thought "self-check" was for self-checking!!! Not this morning!! I laid down my items at self-check this morning only to find out I had forgotten an item. When I came back, all my items were gone!!! Oh yes!!!

Nicely scanned and bagged for me by the nicest sales associate by the name of Victoria. It's employees like this that make me return even if it's for something minor.

We order curbside pickup here and shop in store all the time and it’s the most consistently solid grocery store in the area. If you want the best deals you have to shop like 5 stores… but Meijer has everything and the curbside is always ready in time, so I am a big fan. The mPerks are solid too

I love Myers Pharmacy they are the best if I have any questions they answer them all to detail and if they don't have one they find one and it's always correct I just wish I went to that Pharmacy 20 years ago if I could give that place 10 Stars I would do that too

Major major shout out to Donna and the entire crew at Meijer! My mom left a very valuable item on a counter and walked away without it and completely forgot about it. A staff member found the item and brought it to management who then did every single thing in their power to track down my mom and reunite her with her belonging. This is a staff that truly cares about you, as they recognized my mom from security footage and identified her as a regular. They spent months trying to contact her and upon handing it over, all they said was "I'm glad we could get it back to you". So humble and so honest. Just one of the many reasons we mainly shop here for all our groceries

Went to a child's bday party and the cake was from Meijer bakery. One mom tried it and was shocked how good it was so then the rest of us had to take a forkful. It was so good I ordered my daughter's cake from there and it was perfect!

I can usually count on Meijer to have things in stock when other places don't. I was looking for Xmas cards and all that's left or sold at a lot of locations I stopped at were Hallmark and very expensive. I went to Meijer and found a box of 40 cards for 40%off and they were originally only $6.

Great grocery. I found halal lamb and chicken. Please bring halal beef as well thanks.

Normally, I don't shop at Meijer, I don't have one near where I live. I so happen to be near on this particular day, so I ventured in with my children, I found everything I was looking for in my list and the staff was so friendly, polite and helpful. They acknowledged us as we passed by or as they passed by and asked if we found everything okay and were very helpful. They also greeted us goodbye.
I'm glad we came in; We will definitely comeback.

We made a mistake and tried to correct it and were treated like scam artists. Fortunately we don't frequent this location and go to the McHenry one. Wanted to take advantage of the buy 1 get 1 for $1 shoes and my boyfriend scanned the work boots twice (our location didn't have his size) we didn't realize this foolishly until we got home as he gets reimbursed through work and actually looked at the receipt that he seen the boots twice and that's why they were discounted instead of the cheaper running shoes. We immediately went back spoke to one customer service representative then were approached by another who couldn't have been more rude. She didn't even listen to the situation at first had a nasty tone kept repeating she couldn't just give us $100 (which we knew this) and cameras had to be checked which we said that's fine. I don't care that they need to check cameras and I know they probably do deal with people trying to scam everyday but maybe listen to what the customer is saying before just treating us like trash and having an attitude like we were the biggest inconvenience. Do better or find another job if you're that miserable. Update: Manager Donna was excellent and made things right
