Not only professional, but fun. Reason for needing storage is not the best- Brittany made me laugh. She is completely genuine and goes out of her way to make your experience better. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I'm telling everyone about Store Space!

The storage units are nice. There isn't any easy access for any vermin. The ladies are very nice and friendly. Cassie walked me to my storage unit. Brittanie put down some ice melt in front of my unit so I wouldn't have any trouble when it snowed several weeks ago. After thirty days I recieved a 30 dollar Amazon Gift Card; in which I thought that was a nice perk. The ladies are always greeting me as I come into the office when I have a question. The facility is well lit at night and has security cameras to help people feel safe at night. Great people. Great place.

I rented a unit at the Sagamore location in Lafayette. The location was always tidy and the staff is some of the nicest people I’ve ever met in this industry! The units were HUGE for the price and very well kept! Cassie and her manager Gwen are some of the most genuinely caring people who put customers first! 11/10 would recommend!

This is a wonderful storage facility, the man who helped us at the office was great customer service was a 10/10. It was so helpful to get someone who knew what he was saying and got a some good deals. We are from Chicago and needed some place to put our things and that was a very stressful situation. But with his help it was a big relief to know our belongs were someone clean and nice.

I was called and informed that there was only one remaining unit in the size I reserved. My only complaint is that the wording should probably be changed online to make it more clear that the price is the only thing being "reserved" or locked in.

Cassie from the office got me all set up. She showed me to my unit as well as showing me both access doors. They supply your first lock which is nice and saved me a little bit when money was tight. They also have several flat rolling carts by the access doors to make it easier to get your items to your unit.

I've been with Store Space for over a year. Everyone can fall on hard times or may just need a place to store their possessions etc The employees at Store Space are friendly, kind, courteous, and understanding. If I have an issue or something happen out of my control they have done their best to work with me. However, my advice to anyone is to make sure you always buy a protection plan or have insurance on any unit you rent (wherever you rent) because you never know. It is a storage unit not a bank vault. Regardless great place to get into

Excellent staff and facility. Cassie was very professional and a huge help in facilitating my needs and questions. Office, and units are in top, like new condition, convenient, and secure. I absolutely would come here first when needed extra storage to fit my budget. Location is also prime.

Cassie and Brittani were very friendly. Our stuff was in storage for a few months over the wet cold winter and everything was undamaged and dry when we got it out. Highly recommend.

Oh, my goodness! What a wonderful experience in shopping for a storage unit. I went in with a few questions, and walked out with a unit "in hand." The people there, Cassie and Chris, are amazingly friendly and helpful. Not only were all of my questions answered, they saved me over $150 compared to another facility here in Lafayette. The facility is so clean, and Cassie made it easy to find my unit. I don't need storage units very often, but when I do, I'll be back here!

Chris was extremely helpful! He was polite from the moment I opened the door. He was very transparent with the pricing and showed me how I could get more space at a cheaper price. Great guy! Great place to store. I just wish it was 24 hrs
