Macy's had the mock turtleneck cotton shirts that my mom had been looking for! Not only that, but they were on sale for $10.50!!!!! They made a 91-year-old lady happy today. 😊

Great place to expand your wardrobe with lots of options, and the staff were very helpful as well. They also occasionally have really great sales, I recently picked up a $350 winter coat for only $90!

It's nice. You know, like a small town's department store. They have a fairly good selection. We don't want them to close like they're doing with many stores

Highly recommend for ANY dance dresses! Large selection compared to anywhere else in the mall. My daughter is very picky and had no problems not only finding dresses to try on BUT also finding one she liked!

A good store to buy good brands. It has a good collection and lot of varieties for everyone- men, women and kids. It also has a backstage section where you can find the branded items at discounted prices. Their fragrance collection is also huge. Over it’s a nice one stop shop for all family members and for home needs as well. I enjoy shopping there at Macys.

Rosa was amazing. She was soooo incredibly helpful to my mom when we went in today looking for something specific. My mother doesn’t shop often and didn’t quite know what she needed. Rosa was patient, empathetic, lighthearted and supportive! She clearly is great at what she does. You have an asset in Rosa.

Can always find a cute outfit at reasonable prices.

Wish we still had a Macy's in Kokomo but even when we did it was not as nice as this store in Lafayette. The selection of fine clothing combined with the friendly professional staff make the trip worth it.

Really good collection, especially in Menswear compared to other stores. Very friendly staff, just ask them and they would help you a ton. One of the staff helped me in choosing the right winter clothes which I had no clue of. He even found an additional discount for me. Overall a pleasant experience, would like to come here again

Shopping here has been my favorite place to shop for clothing for our family, boots, under clothing, colognes and more. I just wish they would organize clothes better and more like they used to. They are so messed up now that I've lost the joy of shopping.
It was much easier to find things and I bought more when things were in co-ordinates.

Took some time to find where things were since it's been awhile since I have been there. Everyone was very helpful and point the way. Good sales. Didn't have my coupons with me but the sales lady found one for me.

Ashley in the Clinique dept. Was awesome! Very friendly n helpful! I have been shopping at Macy's for a long time and I am usually met with a "you don't belong here" attitude however Ashley is a gem! Thanks again you made my day! You need more friendly staff like her.

Best store in the mall for designer wear. Good quality and prices. Plenty of helpful employees who want you to spend money so they can get their commission. I shop there often.

ROSA took care of me in the Intimates Dept and she did an e excellent job. She knows her job.
However I had been at the store earlier in the morning to do a quick return, reorder an item. I could not find ANYONE to wait on me and assist me. Rosa wasnt expected until 11 am. The stock lady informed me but didnt assist me. I had to leave at 10:40 to meet an appt. Therefore I had to return to the store in the afternoon to complete my business. It seems the floor is not adequately staffed and that bothers me.
Rosa always takes the time to completely assist me. She is a good worker, saleswoman. Dont waste her talent.

Always amazing service! Mabel helped me return some Este Lauder makeup. Her service was fast and efficient! Such a sweet lady!
