I went in recently with my grandmother to purchase an Apple iPad as a gift. We didn’t need a lot of customer service, but I was very impressed by how knowledgeable the staff was! They were very welcoming and the guy we talked to knew so much helpful information. The store was nice and clean and very low-stress for us. Love to see it!

Well organized and maintained store. Employees helpful, knowledgeable and gave recommendations for a good router for my budget and needs. Employee at counter helped with price matching. Digital displays for price and info for all products which is very cool.

big and beautiful bookstore with a very cozy starbucks inside. so many options for everything. will be visiting again very soon.

Have not been there in awhile. Like the renovation of space. Had a great employee help me pick perfect LaserJet printer for home.

Got my radio replaced today to the Sony Ax3250 so I could use Carplay and Android Auto. Cory was extremely helpful in helping me pick one out and installing it! He was professional, easy to get along with and did a fantastic job. Absolutely love the new radio and the experience! Thank you again Cory!

Austin was great! Needed information on cpus, gpus and high end displays for a laptop purchase. He had in depth info on all of it. Love this best buy!

We placed a large pickup order and the checkout employee was fantastic and took care of getting everything covered quickly and accurately and knowledgeable and friendly. I got an email about an hour later that our order was ready for pickup and 3 items would be shipped to our home with free shipping. We went in and the employees checked the order to make sure it was complete and they took the items out to our vehicle. They all gave us fantastic customer service and thanked us for our business and they hoped to see us back in the store real soon. Great buy's and we saved $620.00 on the items that we purchased.

They are well stocked, but they seem to be understaffed when they’re busy and overstaffed when they’re not.

If you’re here when it’s busy, you’re not getting helped. If you’re here when it’s not busy, you’re getting swarmed by their staff.

Searched for a gaming monitor on their website and saw their availability and purchased the item here. A really quick process. The staff was really helpful and nice.

They had what I required and one of the associates was able to help me locate things quickly. Check out was quick as well.

excellent customer service as Best buy remains the only brick and mortar electronics they definitely deliver a pleasant experience. But if getting in and out is your thing you can do that too.

My father and I shop here very often we are movie collectors. It's one of the few things besides being with my family that I enjoy I have disabilitys and they are always understanding not many place care for the disabled most places don't want to deal with the disabled its one of my favorite places to go and the whole staff is wonderful. Thank you for always making feel welcome

Our fridge died. After looking at four other stores we went to Best Buy. I wish we had gone there first. They had the one we wanted at a fair price.

I can usually find a really good deal on most products they sell. They have a pretty knowledgeable staff and if they don't know the answer they will try to find it. I've had Chris, one of their managers out to give my church an estimate we needed done and he was very helpful and thurl.
Best time to buy is during a holiday or if it's not a holiday, look for open box items. These items are like the display TVs they are switching out. Still great products but been used.
Also have a repair/installation team called Geek Squad. If they can't figure it out, you have big problems! 💯

Junior helped my boyfriend and I get new phones a couple of days ago and he was a pleasure to work with. We were so excited to get our phone up and running and it was truly a painless process. I would recommend to others if they’re thinking about getting a new phone go to Best Buy!!! We were in and out of there in 30ish minutes while at my carriers store it can take hours. Lastly, Junior was a nice guy and we really hope that he gets recognition for his hard work, seriously he made the process SO SIMPLE. Toss that man a raise!
