Pay Less

I always love coming here for my groceries. The deals at the entrance entice me every time. The produce section is always fresh as well. The liquor section has a good variety as well. The store may be small, but it fits a lot of different useful items.

I was in there last night and was having some self checkout problems and a very nice and friendly lady by the name of Desiree helped me and She was the best We need more people in this world Like her. She truly went way over the top to help me

Trips to this Payless always pays off ! Their shelves are always stocked unlike the greenbush Payless. Employees are always friendly and helpful, Cleanliness is always on point.

Aside from rearranging things to different isles, things are very convenient in the order they are. I shop there quite often.

The store is neat and clean. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and eager to help you out. Self checkout is very convenient and of course they have cashier checkout also. Download their free app and join for discounts and coupons and rewards. The app is easy to use. All departments are 5 star for quality and value. Fantastic prices and great service.

Payless has the best lettuce In love town🍅🥬and if lucky you also get other great produce! Clean too. Always clean!

I enjoy Payless. It was late tho when I went and I was just getting a 12pk of Mnt. Dew. Only one end of the check out was operating with only 4 scannersand atleast 20 people in line. But it went pretty quick. The fe.ale employee directing next person up was doing great keeping the flow going

The customer service department is great too!!! I enjoy talking with the people there while I take care of my business they are always helpful & will go out of there way to make sure you are happy & satisfied.

Just had the best experience at their pharmacy. My medicine is very expensive and the pharmacy tech checked good RX to make sure I was getting the best price. They imported my prescriptions from CVS and it took a little while but I felt like more than a number. It was a very pleasant experience and the pharmacy tech and pharmacist were awesome.

This store has decent prices and a good selection of food that is healthy and not so healthy. If you have an alternate ID you can save money which is great!

Everyone is so nice & polite even when they are busy. The customer service department is great too!!! I also love looking at there markdown tables. There's always something there that I have on my grocery list & who doesn't love to buy something for 1/2 price!!!

For the first time since the start of these most unfortunate of times, I had an order I placed at a Pay-Less/Kroger filled completely and without need for substitution! To boot, all of the produce selected was great! Yippee!

I used the drive-up pick-up option to shop. I did not have to wait more than twenty minutes and the young woman who brought my groceries out to me was cordial enough. She was a bit disgruntled, tho', and articulated that I had indicated the incorrect number for the space in which my vehicle was parked. So, to any 'newbies' who may have not used this service before there, please note that the sign to the left of your parking space designates the number assigned to it.

To this end, my one 'issue' was with the lack of clarity in the numbered signs used to identify spaces. Unlike three other Pay-Less locations in this area and other businesses offering this same drive-up pick-up service, the numbers designated to each parking space by the signs is unclear and not centred in the middle of a given parking space. Management could easily rectify this issue by adding little arrow to each sign that points either left or right to the space the sign designates. The app also compounded matters by not allowing a customer to identify their car by make, model, colour, etc.

Parking-space identification aside, I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome of my order and was compelled to do a 'Happy Dance' when I got home -- my order was correct, no substitutions were made, and my produce did not look like it had been left out in the sun or taken a few tumbles on the pavement prior.

Great store!! I had a amazing experience last night (9-11-19) with my cashier (Shay) she was very sweet friendly and helpful she went above and beyond during my check out process she had to bag my groceries (I had a huge order 2 carts full)...she explained to me she didn't have a bagger that night but she managed to handle it very professional and with great service very pleased im going to look for this young lady every time i shop here!!!

Large parking area to put your car. Wide, well lit aisles. They have a good selection of local beers here. Prices are usually OK, but usually not the absolute lowest in town. They've got a good selection of most grocery items, plus they have their own store-brand items too.

It is always clean and well stocked up!! Fresh fruit I love their salad options 😋

Awesome produce, and an amazingly good store brand. I've been able to replace most name brand items I used to buy with Kroger brand. Also has great deals if you have a customer card.

This is a great store with a variety of items that I was used to purchasing in north Oakland county. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I was shopping there recently, when I tripped and my cans of soda burst open. A staff member saw me and came over to check to see if I was ok. I was going to ask her for a bag to put the remaining cans so I could take them home with me. She said that she would simply replace the entire pack of cans. I was very impressed, as it was not the fault of Pay Less that I mis-stepped and dropped the items I had already purchased. It is definitely my favorite store.

They are fabulous! I love the Chocolate Chip cookie recipe. It has not changed at least in the 30 years I have been eating them. Their hometwon hospitality has never changed either.

Great place reasonable prices friendly store staff good selections too yeah House brands as good if not better than national brands,but they dont handle alligator in the seafood section miss it.So i live without it. Oh and within walking distance from my apartment too. You want excellent quality at fair prices you can't miss at payless,

PAYLESS supermarket. Best grocery in town. By accident a year ago I forgot to remove a large birthday cake and matching cup cakes from bottom of cake and place in my car. I immediately returned looking for it. Someone had stolen it. I went inside hoping
It had been brought back into store by an honest person. No way. But security person took me to cake area and let me pick up same cake and cupcakes cake setup for free. Was not same colors , I was speachless. By the way, I did give him my previous receipt to prove my purchase.
