Sales representative, Tyler Smith, is the most helpful Verizon employee I’ve ever encountered! And I’ve been with Verizon for many years! I went in for a screen protector, and learned I could upgrade my phone AND plan for a cheaper price than what I was currently paying with Verizon. He is very knowledgeable on current deals, personable, and communicates in layman terms that helped me feel comfortable making a change. Big thanks to Tyler! I am one happy Verizon customer!

My son got an awesome deal on an new iPhone 11 pro with Apple watch. Thank you so much for helping when we couldn't remember the passwords!! Lol...you were very polite and courteous. You made sure my son and I understood everything about the new purchases we made. You even took the time to print out the return label for the old device. We went to pick up two phones we ordered and the sales rep we were supposed to see was not there and we were helped by Ryan. He was incredible! He was very helpful and polite and was a pleasure to work with. We left with not only the two phones but a new watch, Ipad and all the protection on the phones we needed. Plus a bonus phone for my father-in-law. Couldn't be more pleased with the service we were given. If you are in need of anything cellular wise go see Ryan on Promenade. He will take great care of you.

I have a special lack for talent with technology and always find myself in a pickle. Recently I have had two experiences that topped the books. Both times I had exceptional care. The first was August 16th. Adam Baker spent HOURS working with me to port a Google Voice number over and create a new line. He was so patient and professional through all of it. I am so happy he was there to assist me. Then tonight I had another issue arise with a mistake on a line. This mistake was in no way shape or form anyone's fault but my own and Tyler Smith, the store manager, worked with me and was able to turn an awful situation into one that had a better outcome than I could ever have hoped for. Both times I have received amazing support and I really appreciate that these men took the time to value not just my business but me as well. I didn't feel like just another client. I wasn't just another commission in their books. They went above and beyond both times because as Tyler said tonight "I did it because I wanted to, it's what was the right thing to do."

Brandon was our sales rep and he did an excellent job of getting us both new phones and accessories. He was both professional, efficient and able to answer all of our questions. He even put his number in our contacts in case we had a question later as well as reached out to make sure everything was fine a few days after the sale. I would definitely recommend this store.

We are so grateful to James, at your Veteran's Memorial Hwy store, for his excellent customer service. We lost one of our phones last night when we were a far distance from home. He answered the phone, on his day off, after hours! He walked us through next steps and we met with him the next morning. He offered upgrades and again, provided excellent customer service! Thomas... outstanding. We were referred to him from family friends. We drove 90 minutes to work with him, as he was the first to explain our options, took the time to review some billing issues, found us a discount on our old phone trade-in and simply got us a 'better deal'. Then... he stayed late to help my wife and I get our new phones set up and understand the 'new' procedures compared to our old iPhones. Great experience.

I had the pleasure of buying my phone from the Verizon representative Trevor V. He was very informed about the product he was selling and gave very helpful information about the devices that I had questions about. Trevor was very knowledgeable about our family plan and was able to help us save about $70 as well. I would highly recommend making appointments with him when discussing plan changes or device changes. The honesty that I received from him and the transparency of his actions made me glad to stay with Verizon as my cellular provider. Thank you Trevor!

If you are looking for the "Ultimate Verizon Experience" you have to visit this store! My man Geno went out of his way to make sure that my wife and I were completely satisfied with our new phones! Geno has always returned my calls and answered any questions that I had! He has always walked me through any issues that I had as well! Customer service in this store is very stand up! I have had several encounters with different employees and never been let down! The service does not seem to fade from employee to employee! When you visit this store you will be immediately greeted and great service will be very prompt! All of the employees are very professional and rather sharp if I may say! The store is always in a showcase state at all times, very clean and well organized! I really appreciate stores that follow these standards! Keep up the good work and I'm sure I'll be seeing you guys soon! Thanks!
