I have never had a bad experience at Lafayette Menards after many years. The people are knowledgeable and friendly to make the deal happen. Good flat plywood also.

Great supply store for about everything and every project you took on. The workers were very attentive but didn't hover.
Very well stocked. Check out lines were quick.
Will continue to use Menards in the future!

Ordered new cabinets and a quartz counter top from Menards recently. I although one of the cabinets was damaged when delivered it was easy to replace it as we chose in stock cabinet styles. The store had the new cabinet waiting at the front by the time we got there and exchanged it easily. Still waiting on the counter tops to come in will update. The employees, especially Ian, in the cabinet and counter top section were extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire 3 month+ project.

These stores are truly amazing.. Packed with everything you could need and even a few things you probably don't need. From ideas on remodelingTo just fun projects there is so much to look at. Insane Halloween decorations Candy and more.. This is even a fun family Day or a couple hours if it's raining to get out of the house and get those steps in. With this one store you could fully build a house furnish it maintain it and the lawn and surrounding areas. Oh and did I mention they sell full house kits. 🤯🏡

Good store to find a lot of stuff.

Items seem placed with a bit more common sense than another local competitor. My help today was fantastic and although the rebate system is a bit dated they are often worth it. Not to mention other events like "everything in the bag" and such.

Hannah was the most helpful over all of the appliance personnel in the store. Deb was the most friendliest and helpful person in the shelving department and my Mom and I were so undecided but we came back and Hannah helped us with a freezer, warranty and delivery too. Thanks for all that they did for us today. More helpful that the gents at Lowes today. Will always come first to Menards
from now on. Thank you

We would like to recognize a young lady in the plumbing department! She is always courteous and helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the merchandise and applications. We don't know her name but she has worked there for 15 years. She is a great asset to this store and the company.

This was my first Menards experience and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed shopping here. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and showed great customer awareness (e.g., I was have trouble finding something in the pet section but an employee noticed and came right over to help me). I'll definitely be going back!

My girlfriend and I needed some paint to do touch ups in her apartment rental and we didn’t have a paint swatch for the color but did have a tiny sample we took to color match. Maddie helped us for im sure over an hour, because the computer for paint matching was having issues, but she did everything she could to help us get as close to the original sample as possible! Maddie was so friendly and so helpful in trying to get as close as possible to the sample we had!! I would definitely go back to this menards and ask for her because she never once made us feel like an inconvenience for any of the help which u feel like is definitely hard to come by!! however, there was another man who helped at the end and i didn’t catch his name but he was mixing the paint sample for us in an attempt to help us and Maddie but he just wasn’t very friendly. He didn’t really interact with us which i thought was weird since it was our paint he was mixing? anyways, Maddie was so helpful and kind and i’m very thankful for everything she did!!!

This place is the surprise answer for last minute gifts/sticking stuffers. Went there to get some light bulbs and ended up finding some good items for stocking stuffers/games/calendars/snacks/treats. It wasn't picked over like the big box stores.

Had everything I wanted

Very pleasant atmosphere compared to the other two in town. This is my go to getaway, unless I'm at work, then it's HD. I think the most important part is the way the store is laid out, not to mention their huge selection. And if you can't find an item, there is ALWAYS an associate nearby to help!!! Only downfall is their mask policy, but hey... At this point in time I think everywhere should mandate it!! Just the smart thing to do now, especially if you shop at Walmart 😁🤧😷
