Great service! 5 star experience with changing from a different carrier to T-Mobile. This will be my go to store! Knowledgeable staff and a great environment. Stopped in to upgrade my mother's phone. Everything was smooth, quick, easy and there were no unexpected financial surprises.

Worked with a young lady named Amina and she was a joy to work with, an absolute joy. Pleasant and professional, cheerful and answered all of my mom's questions.

I just spent 1hr 45 minutes at tmobile. It was a challenging fix but Andr'e and the tech support lady got it done. Andr'e was very patient not once did he get frustrated or upset. Thank you !!!

I never do reviews. This will be my first and it’s very well deserved. I rarely go to a sprint store but when I do it’s usually at this location. Today I was assisted by Zack. It was definitely clear why he is the assistant manager. He answered all my questions (even the dumb ones), he waited patiently for like 10 minutes while I was trying to figure out my pin for my account too. He never got up and he never complained. He gave me all the options to my issue (The carrier space at the top of my screen said “searching” and my phone was cracked badly), and he was very welcoming. I ended up getting an upgrade and to transfer my information he said it would take about and hour and a half. I came back about an hour and fifteen minutes later and sat down because there was a lot of people in the store. As I waited about 3 minutes later he came over to me, handed me all my belongings and made sure everything worked okay. And before I left he gave me a high five. He definitely knows his customer service and I really appreciate him being so kind and patient. Also, all of his estimates on pricing were good and he knew his stuff. Thank you for great service.

I had a wonderful experience at this Sprint Store. I had "Reserved" a Galaxy S4 Mini and within the same day they called and said they had it available. I go into the store and after about a 4-5 minute wait (it was lunch on a weekday) the first available person took me up to the counter, I will admit I can be a bit of a videiot, and the woman explained everything I asked her very thoroughly, she helped me set everything up and even assisted me in picking out accessories. I had an overall 5/5 experience, no long waits, nothing but smiles and a very helpful staff. I will be back if/when I have more question, keep up the good work Sprint!

A Customer Loyalty Expert sold me my iPhone and said contact pictures and notes won’t transfer from android to iPhone. I later called the store and this information was confirmed by another employee, so I spent four days emailing important medical documentation and copious notes to myself. Long hours were spent creating extensive files in my computer to avoid losing critically important information.
My iPhone arrived and I went to T-Mobile and Teng told me that he could use "Move to IOS" apple software to transfer all my contact pictures and notes. I was thrilled but I wish I had talked to him and known this five days ago as it would have saved me a great deal of stress and time. Teng did an outstanding job of meticulously attending to every detail. His professionalism has left an indelible impression of T-Mobile.

Undoubtedly the best experience I've had at a mobile phone store. I watched as the manager, Kevin, connected with each customer that entered the store while simultaneously working with people. He was attentive, quick, kind and competent. And...... he wasn't the only employee behaving this way. I couldn't have more please. Way to go! What a nice surprise.

Kevin was fantastic! Called to check if they had a s21 ultra in stock and was told they had one left.

I went over to the store to pick it up and dealt with Kevin, he understood what I needed and wasn't pushy about making the sale which was a nice change of pace. He was very laid back, and let the conversation flow naturally. I hate nothing more than going into a store knowing exactly what I want and constantly getting pushed to try and sell me more products; Pushy sales is a thing of the past. So being able to walk in get my phone and walk out in 15 minutes was fantastic! Not to mention he was knowledgeable, knowing answers to some very specific questions I had.

Definitely would recommend Kevin to anyone going to this store!

I was expecting to deal with a poor service due to past reviews, but the new management has really stepped it up. Awesome service and great people. I came in for a repair and it took a little bit, but that was to be expected due to the anoint of people needing service. However they were super thorough, and extremely quick. And even though it was busy, everyone that came in for new service was helped within five minutes. And nobody left without feeling satisfied with there service. It may only be my opinion, but I think it was the best big city Sprint store I've ever been to. Thanks guys for the great experience.

Hands down to Benny Jones for the great customer service he provided. He was on point at assisting him the best possible. He was truthful on the different types of phones that were available and showed us the best deals he had available. I've had bad experiences from Sprint locations before but Benny's great customer service and knowledge has changed that. I am a satisfied customer!

Went in today to switch from Verizon and upgrade my phone. My previous experience at a different store felt more like young teenagers who weren't informative. I really appreciated the professionalism by all Sprint staff and making the infomation clear so I could make the best decision. Kyle hooked me up with my new 6s+. The process was easy and Kyle made this a great experience. Thank you Kyle!!!

A couple of weeks ago I purchased a new phone. It was quite a problem transferring the data from my old phone but Steven never gave up. This man has the patience of a saint. I've been back several times & he has always answered all of my questions with a 😊 on his face (thru his mask, of course). T-Mobile should clone him & his knowledge.

My wife and I stopped in to upgrade 3 of our Family plan phones and we were helped by Jason B. I was very pleased with his help. He took the time to reveiw our usage to determine what service plan would work best for us and when we purchased the new Samsung S6 he transfered our contacts and pictures over to the new phones. It is always a fright to think we may lose our data so this was a painless experience. We have been Sprint Customers for close to 20 yrs now and it is allways nice to meet representives of Sprint like Jason. We did upgrade 3 phones and will have the rest of our family stop in ask for Jason and do the same. Thank you for a good experience.

I went into the Sprint store to get my headset replaced. Kyle Samples checked me in and said he would be with me shortly. He went over some of the options that was available to me, and I stuck with the same headset that I previously purchased 3 weeks ago. I had some questions about the special deal on the Harman Kardon speaker system. He answered all of my questions and told me to wait while he went to do something. When we went to check out, he also said that he could lower my bill by a few dollars. He also checked to see if I qualified for a corporate discount. Kyle is a complete professional in every way. I really enjoyed my visit.

This Sprint store is my new favorite store and that's saying a lot because I live in Brooklyn Center. Kyle Samples (yes his last name is Samples) provided me with excellent customer service and he took his time trying to find different ways to save me money. He was even nice to my spoiled little sister. I went to get my sister a new phone and ended up with two phones and an iPad. It seems like a lot but he made it so my phone bill only went up a few bucks. Usually I am not happy spending money at a Sprint store but I definitely enjoyed my visit today. Thank you.

I had dreaded going to this store because I was here a couple years ago, and was not pleased. Nobody here could help me download my photos off my galaxy. I didn't have much time, and this was the only sprint store close enough for my lunch break, so yet again I was back in here. It was very busy, but the manager (a young Jewish fellow) took care of me right away when i needed to transfer my contacts over. He seemed really knowledgeable. i would go here again.
