Very friendly staff, went to get my dogs pedicure. (no appointment needed, which is really nice). I like taking my dog here, the groomers remember who he is each time I come in.

Very welcoming and good to him. Also at the cash registers they normally give dogs treats which is super sweet.

Quick time, just enough to look around the shop. Took about 10 minutes and $22. overall this location is very friendly and WARMING. Love seeing people bring their pets in and the different types of breeds you see. I was ecstatic to see these 2 beautiful Samoyed breeds there.

Sarah L. from the grooming team is so wonderful! We have brought Recon there since he was a puppy and he always looks so dapper and fluffy after! Like many pet parents, we want the best for our boy and don’t just trust anyone with our pup, but Sarah is so kind and caring. You can tell he’s in great hands when he goes in for grooming and she always does such a perfect job.

This pet store and pet grooming service is by far the most friendly, professional and competent I have ever been in so far. They have always properly greeted me when I walk in. The staff always seem to have a genuine welcoming smile. I also noticed the pet grooming tables were easily adjustable in height to make the groomer and the pets as comfortable as possible during the groomings.

Emily in the grooming department is nothing short of awesome. I have an extremely elderly dog, and she always fits him in for a nail trim, and always cheerfully takes the extra time he requires due to mobility and pain issues.

The hype is true! My little one and I just booked our first grooming appointment with Emily and she is the dog whisperer! Truly apparent she cares about animals and their emotional, mental and physical well-being. She took time to consult about the best options and had great recommendations for my toy poodle's cut. I am pleasantly surprised and overjoyed to have found someone who understands how to properly groom and the patience and skill needed for my little one's anxiety. Thank you, Emily!

This is the second time I've brought my dog in for a bath & cut. Both times the staff were super friendly & took great care of my dog. Her haircut looked great, she looked so happy & so pretty when I picked her up!

They were very nice and were very nice to my friend who was nervous about bringing her dog in. They explained everything very well and acted like they truly cared not only about my friend's pet but about her nerves as well.

The last time I was in I noticed the guinea pigs actually had some veggies to eat. And they had hay and pellets.

Came looking for a specific product had the picture of it on my phone I asked where I could find it I was told what isle how far down the isle and what side and 2 shelves down that's great service

Emily is amazing! My dog always looks so great after being groomed by her. I have a senior dog who is almost completely blind but I 100% trust Emily with her, she always takes such great care of her and gets my dog looking her best self!

I took my friends dog in for a puppy cleaning, the staff were very welcoming, and definitely enjoyed Lucky being there. I would recommend this location.

They had the crickets I needed, and I didn't have to wait for someone to help me. Very nice.

I love this location. The employees are so sweet, helpful, and know my fiance & I very well. We frequent PetSmart a couple times a week. ( picky feline) HOWEVER I wanted to edit this review because PetSmart recently put a new cat food made by Wellness on the shelves. I refuse to feed my cat anything with by products. It's high in protein, freeze dried RAW protein bites, and kibble. - trying to transition her to raw completely. This kibble seems to be accurate to it's packaging. It's affordable and I'm pretty happy with the product and my tortie hasn't stuck her nose up to her food in a few months. (YESSSSS!)

This is my neighborhood Petsmart. I love the curbside pickup, it helps me save money buy only ordering what I need, versus if I go in I know I will impulse buy for my pets! I have done curbside pickup for bugs for our bearded dragon and stuff for my 6 cats. The employees are always great! When I did go in store cat treats were buy 3, get the 4th free, so I stocked up. I also utilize their Treats program and app. My cat received a special coupon for her 11th birthday. It was very sweet!

Kat groomed our little Pomeranian Cooper! She gave him the cutest little teddy bear cut. He is currently prancing around our house. Thank you so much Kat for spending extra time on Cooper, he is so handsome! -Kristen and Dan Hogan

I was out of dry cat food, for two cats, and made a last minute stop, two minutes before they close. I was so happy they were still open and didn't lock the front doors early. I was going to buy a 6 lb. bag, but instead, bought the 14, because that's the kind of business I like. I'm a rewards member, and they had a sale on it too, no other coupons needed. The guy at the register was friendly and fast, and we had a nice two minute conversation about MN State Fair food as he was tending to my purchase. I would definitely shop here again if I'm in the area.

It was clean, well organized, and they have a lot of products! They allow people to bring in their pets, typically dogs of course and my dogs love it! no one has said anything about my one dog that likes to bark! I like this place! Only wish they had more natural and organic selections.

People where pleasant service was nice can't Waite to get training for my pup here .

We were looking for life vests including PetCo without too many choices or availability. PetSmart had it in stock, customer service was excellent and friendly. The only thing was the sizing was pretty lame, according to the product chart I should've bought an extra small and medium... The husky didn't fit the medium nor the large, had to buy an extra large for him. For the shih Tzu had to buy the medium.
