Steven was great, he got the heavy sand and cement into my suv and then got my on line order. He did a great job!

I've only gone to this location a couple times but every experience has been great. Super friendly and helpful staff. I've even done a couple curbside orders and I'm never waiting long.

Great bar in for Christmas tree. I went to another spot and they were selling it worth 200+ and here it goes. I could buy it for Home Depot as they all said it’s cheaper nicer and I got a wide variety

Great shop where you have free workshops for children the first Saturday once a month.

My favorite place to go to and joke around with my guy T! He’s always asking me “what are you up to now?…” I just laugh and say “yet another project” and then we chat about all the good food we miss from Louisiana and weird things that Veterans experience

Trent at the Maplewood store was amazing, he helped me find the right product fast 🙂🙂

Store is full home stuff or builting products. I like the idea that they do not sell a lot of groceries not like other Lumber yards.

My favorite place for summer plants and even my indoor plants as well, they really have more stuff than other stores including menards in my opinion.

Went today to buy some woodwork for my shop, the cuts didn't get to the correct dimensions on my woods. Was a bit dissatisfied since I'm paying a hefty for the lumbers. Ashley W/Jo O/ and Jeremy C was very helpful they stayed closed to me and assisted to getting the cuts sized I needed for my lumber. Very great customer service!!! Very satisfied even if the cuts aren't perfect but their professionalism outperformed what I needed, I was able to get my shop done today with little to no issues, HIGHLY RECOMMEND PROMOTIOND AND RAISED for their outstanding job assisting me today, will continue to support home depot. ❤🧡💛

Has everything my boyfriend and I need for our projects in the house. Great for quick trips. It's easy to find things, and lots of friendly helpful workers!

The staff were very helpful. I got an amazing deal it was a display model. The worker who took it down remembered me the next day. He was a super nice guy working in the plumbing department at the time.

I had a water heater replace under warranty and they could not have done a better job. From the young gal at the service desk to the guy she had standing waiting for me in aisle 14. Perfect!!!. Even 2 cart guys in the parking lot went above and beyond. Thank you all. !!!

I was at Home Depot tonight to pick up some 5x8 green treated wood. Didn't know what to look for, so I asked who would know. The employees pointed to Chris in lumber. Chris not only helped me pick it out, he loaded it on the cart and in my car. He went over and beyond to help me out and I greatly appreciate Chris very much. Great job!

On 2 occasions I came into this store looking for help with some plumbing issues. Dennis or Denny, was extremely helpful. I had originally gone to my local hardware store and they gave me the wrong part. After going to the Home Depot and being helped by Dennis, I was able to get the correct part and fix my issue. Thank you Dennis for saving me loads of time and frustration. I bet you are helping a lot of people like me so I wanted to give you a shout out and good job!

I ordered a giant skeleton online and opted for pickup at store to save on shipping. I don't get out much these days so was a little anxious about the experience, but every single person was helpful and friendly. We even got a personalized thank you note from the store manager with candies attached. Now THAT is true customer service. Thank you Home Depot!!!

In about 17 minutes of meandering the store, this became my new favorite place to shop. At other stores when I would buy tools for our house it was with an “in case we need to use it” mindset. The quality of those products was barely sufficient. The quality of the product at this store is ready for you - not in case you need to use it, but for when you do.
