Nice store, staff very friendly, only issue I have is the illes for check out are blocked with much add on sales stuff if your in a wheelchair or scooter you cant get to the check out lane your stuck waiting for the return counter or the the next register in the big Isle I had to go the end of the lane and come in on the backside to check out and then back out of the isle to leave. They really need to remove all the junk up around the check out lanes. Otherwise store is big not well stocked but I did find what I wanted

We visited this location in December of 2022. This is probably the biggest Joann's store I have ever been in. Great fabric options, and a ton of fiber arts related isles. Shoutout to Bonnie, our cashier who was helpful and asked a few cool knit/crochet related questions. Will definitely be visiting again.

Wonderful, knowledgeble helpful staff. I find what I am searching for, see tools I've never seen before, and be dazzled by color and choice. Thank you.

I love walking the aisles of this store looking at fabric and crafts imagining the projects. I hope we don't lose this one.

I love to shop at Joann fabrics for yarn, fabric, cake supplies and notions! It is my hobbies that keeps me coming back!

It is very organized and the employees are courteous and helpful! I also love the fact that I can bring my own sewing machine to the sewing basics class & learn about how to use My machine properly.

This shopping trip was greatly enjoyed! So many fleece fabrics to look at. Cutting tables were staffed to keep us shoppers happy. Same with checkout! Coupons upon coupons. Saved more than I spent. Parking was easy peasy.

I like Joann Fabrics in general, but this is my favorite location. They go beyond customer service and base politeness. Courtney is my favorite. She remembered me (and my order) a month later after seeing me just the one time. That is a gift. She's also really helpful, as are all the other people I have interacted with while shopping here. They have a knack for making you feel like you're not asking silly questions (even when you are right next to the item you are looking for...).

I have experienced retail stores before that just don't get it, making me seek out online options, but this store especially is the opposite. Give me that in-store shopping experience here over online any day, and I will be happy.

I was very impressed with the cashier, Ally.
While checking out I asked about any discounts and she showed me how to save 40% on my purchase.
The employee at the cutting table walked me over to the location of what I was looking for.

I first went in to take a sewing class, it was great, we had a wonderful instructor. Though no one received any "while supplies last" supplies. Aside from that, I felt much more comfortable with my machine and plan to attend a sewing social in the future. I've been in several times since - newly addicted to fabrics and more!!! Too many crafty projects I want to do! Everyone is very friendly and helpful!

This is one of my favorite locations. It's an older store but always clean and well maintained. I find that this store is normally stocked a little but better than a few other ones.
The location is awesome! There is always ample parking and it is located across from Maplewood Mall. The other nice thing is that if they don't have what I need, there is a Hobby Lobby and a Michael's around the corner.
They have an awesome clearance fabric area in the back corner where the fabric is still on the bolt, so you can buy yardage. I found an pretty floral cotton for 3$ a yard. It seems like their paper and scrapbooking area has really improved. The cake decorating and baking area has definitely gotten much larger. Joannes is the "first' in craft stores and is still a favorite!!
The staff has some people that are incredibly knowledgeable about everything, and some younger ones that are not as knowledgeable, but they are friendly and will ask around to get questions answered.I have never had a bad experience at this location.

Love it there. Always have what I'm looking for. And when I order online for pickup,I never have to wait long

Absolutely amazing! I love just going and exploring to see what I can find. The amount of items and ideas is mind blowing! They had the perfect shade of red card stocking that I was using on a HUGE project

I am new to this sewing business. I am taking classes at this Joann location and I am very happy with all of the assistance I have received from all of the employees. They have gone out of their way to help me get the things I needed. It is too bad the Husqvarna Viking part had to close. I really miss those people.

Great selection. Clean. I could spend hours here. The upholstery section is a bonus. Less emphasis on artsy crafts. A nice selection of Wilton cake decorating equipment too.

Went in Black Sunday at 7:00 pm.
Still had inventory, low prices, coupons,
But no lines.
Staff was now knowledgable and I was home by 7:30. 💘 Black Sunday pm shopping + Vikings are terrible.

Love the veritable selection in each department and I love the staff very helpful and friendly always clean and everything is truly affordable with or without a coupon but just a FYI they even accept a competitor coupon for a item an extra saving deals if you join on line
